Just picked up my husband’s suit (which cost an extra $ 12 RUSH FEE for Friday afternoon drop off, Saturday pick up after 4pm) and the first thing I notice is a stain on the collar of his white shirt. The girl offered for him to bring the shirt back after he wears it to our event tomorrow night (which means I have to spot clean it myself), but why bother? $ 35 and a sloppy job, not worth coming back.

The first and only time I used this dry cleaner they lost a pair of my pants. That’s a bummer, but it happens. The reason I am writing this review is that they told me they would call me to follow up and never did. I called them a few days later to check in and they said «oh we think your pants went with another order that was picked up, that person is out of town but they should bring them back in». Months have passed and I have never heard anything from them. At this point, even if my pants magically appeared I would not use this dry cleaner ever again — but I would update this review.

Generally a good place with affordable prices, which is rare in Studio City. My girlfriend and I have brought clothes here a few times and usually service is good. Had one unfortunate incident where they lost a pair of my pants. After a few calls back and forth they agreed to search their inventory and try to find them. A bit frustrating, but mistakes happen.

This place is amazing, they’re miracle workers! Hands down the best dry cleaners I’ve ever been to. They go the extra mile for their customers. I’ve also had good experiences with their tailoring. Do yourself a favor: stop reading Unilocal reviews and just go here!

The worst customer service (from the owner)
They destroyed my Maje $ 300 white almost new blouse and didn’t even bother to offer to do something about it.
Instead he kept saying Ma’am it is not my responsibility !!!
Wtf???
Who’s responsibility is it ???
Be aware of this place!!!
Save your expensive clothing from this low quality cleaners !!!

Initially tried this place based on other reviews, and happy to say I’ve been bringing my clothes here for dry cleaning for over a year now. The owner, Nader, is a class act and makes customer service a priority. They are always quick with their turn around times, always very friendly, and they do good work. Oh, and their prices are very competitive!

Spotless Cleaners is the ONLY dry cleaner I will ever use. I’m a costume designer & stylist and I bring loads of clothes to him on a regular basis. He is absolutely the best in the business. I refer all my celebrity clients to him and EVERY single one of them has loved him. He is the best.

Excellent service, very kind and friendly and they take the time to get to know their customers and worked with me on my cleaning and alterations. I had a tear in a brand new pair of pants and they demonstrated how they will fix it, I decided I didnt like the conventional fix and asked them to go «wild» w/​the stiching, to make it look intentional. They did a great job! Cleaning is spotless and service is friendly. All businesses should be run like this in LA!

Look I’ve never posted a Unilocal review, but I have to for this place. This is without question, the BEST place to go for dry cleaning, tailoring, shoe cleaning… everything in LA. Nader and his team exemplify great customer service and deliver super high quality. Park right in front of the store (temp parking zone since the parking lot can be tight) drop off/​pick up and go.

I have lived in Studio City almost my entire life and have tried a lot of dry cleaners. Spotless Green Cleaners and its owner Nader are amazing! Every time I walk in, he remembers my name and I am greeted with a smile. My clothes always come back better than before and Nader is always willing to take the extra step in regards to fixing buttons, removing stains or making sure my white shirts remain white.
Could not recommend a better dry cleaner.

I love this place! I have been coming here for over 3 years and never had anything but a great experience. They charge half the price of all the big spots in town and do way better work. I was always buying new shirts after the 10th wash or 3 – 4 months after buying them due to the color fading but after coming to spotless my shirts have lasted 2 to 3 times longer. The owner has stopped me at least 20 times from over spending when I wanted to dry clean a shirt that he instead didn’t need it and a wash will do.
They take the time to explain to you in detail what you need and never rush you out. Nader the owner also has over 25years of experience and it shows. I never had one garment damaged, or done less then perfect. I have moved 10 miles away 2 years ago but trust no one else with my dry cleaning.

After reading all the good reviews written about this place I thought I’d give it a try.
I was very disappointed. I went there to have some alterations done. The woman working there told me that she didn’t know how to handle the alterations and that her manager wasn’t there.
She told me if I came back the next day they’d be able to help me.
When I went back, the person working there told me that the manager was in the back and that he was busy on the phone.
She asked me if I could wait a minute. I stood there in front of the counter for 10 minutes and nobody bothered to assist me.
After 10 minutes of standing around and wasting my time, I left the place.
Terrible customer service!
If I could leave a negative star for the review I would.
I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Simply the best! I’ve been going to Spotless Cleaners for 2 years now, and with my high maintenance work suits and cloths I could not as for any better! Any stain, special treatment, alteration, and everything in between — all I have to do is take it to Nader! After many experiences with multiple dry cleaners all over LA county, I would drive an hour if I had to (thankfully I don’t have to) just to have the level of service I receive from the owner Nader, the quality work, passion, suggestions, and professionalism that has been so invested in this business. I’ve still never been less impressed than the first time I picked up my cloths from him!

I love this place. I have looked for so many different cleaners who are good, fast and reliable… and I have now FOUND THE ONE. They are amazing. The owner is by far one of the nicest guys. He is so experienced. I have taken my purses for cleaning, my shirts, work clothes and even my husbands wedding tux there. My husband takes all of his clothes there and there has never been an issue. Honestly, I was waiting to leave this review because I wanted to make sure that they really are that good. I am so happy I found this place. If you are looking for a fast and reliable cleaners I would 100% recommend you try them.
