If I could give zero stars, I would. She was the listing agent on a property that I purchased. She first required me to use her loan agent (which is illegal for them to require that and although I allowed him to approve me, I closed my loan with my own broker). We had to send the disclosures back three times because they were incorrect. She clearly did not read them or go over them with her client, and forwarded them on thinking I wouldn’t read them and just sign. We asked for several repairs to be made and which subsequently were done halfway and broke again as soon as I moved in. And then, she threatened to cancel the contract because I wouldn’t remove all of the contingencies, while still waiting to get corrected disclosures! I would recommend staying as far away as possible from this one!

Tammy was the listing agent on a 3 bedroom townhome I wanted to see. I dragged my family out to see what looked like a very promising home in the school district we wanted.
She referred me to an assistant «Suren» who did call or text me back — I finally caught him and he said he would meet me at the address. He did not. His associate did however — and he proceeded to show me a 2 bedroom down the street. Not the 3 bedroom. I rang Tammy back to say how upset I was that I could not see the townhome she is the listing agent for. She referred me to Suren. And not as a joke! She quite literally just texted me his number.
Those that prefer Tammy Jerome as their real estate professional also enjoy homelessness, and punching themselves in the face.
Stay far away.

I have met Tammy Jerome on several open houses. I have found her to be unprofessional, she lies, and does not have her client’s best interest in the forefront. I looked at a condo in Studio City and I wanted to buy it. There was a loft, with an open space in the floor. She told me that the space «could just be filled in, its only $ 500» and that it wasn’t structural. She then went on to tell me that even though I had a real estate agent, she could handle both ends of the deal for me and save me money! I walked away from the condo, and her. Not only was that unprofessional, it is unethical. I do not recommend her at all and would run, not walk, away from her.

Tammy was friendly, engaging, and professional. I felt personally attended to every step of the way, and she made sure she was available whenever I had a question. Even afterwards, she checked in and asked how I was liking my new home. They don’t make ‘em like this, anymore! Five stars and a hearty recommendation!

I was looking for a condominium in Studio city and let me tell you, I would urge any person who is thinking about working with Tammy Jerome to think again.
I was looking at one of her properties on Whipple when I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Ms. Jerome. She had quickly asked me to sign her as a real estate agent and I simply asked her what she to offer, she replied «my twenty years of experience and an office full of lawyers». When I told her that actually had my own lawyer and went into my prior experience of home buying and told her that I had bought and sold houses previously without an agent. She quickly retorted that «If you think you’re that smart you should just try to be a brain surgeon then or an astronaut.» I quickly ended our conversation and left after that.
If you like real estate agents who are condescending and do everything short of call you stupid to insult your intelligence then Tammy Jerome is the agent for you, but if you want someone who is respectful and cares more about making the customer happy than their own ego than spend the extra time and find someone past your Ralph’s shopping cart. Purchasing a home is stressful as it is and someone making quips at you and just being plain rude is something that is just not needed.
