History

Established in 2010.

Attorneys Vahe Jordan and Artin Gholian founded The Jordan Law Group as a boutique Real Estate and Business Litigation Firm. As small business owners themselves, both Vahe and Artin understand the challenges businesses face in today’s economy. The business of law is no longer rooted in traditional notions of endless billing with questionable results. The Internet and online databases have made legal research and motion practice more streamlined for the savvy lawyer which should always translate into better results at better rates for the client.

As first cousins, both Vahe and Artin aspired to open a law practice together and build a firm dedicated to the practice of law with integrity, zeal and enthusiam. Each took his own path through law school and onto the legal community. And each brings his own set of unique skills to the practice. Their approach to legal analysis and problem solving start and end with trust.

Art is hands down one of the most reliable, knowledgeable, and down to earth attorneys I have met. I had some questions about an area of law and he knew every aspect of it and was able to offer honest educated advice and kept things in perspective. He is personable and smart. I consulted with Art regarding a non-​disclosure case related to a home purchase I made. Art was very knowledgeable and assisted me with writing a demand letter to the people who sold me the property. Art was honest with me regarding costs that would be involved with hiring a lawyer for my case and the possibility of recovering my losses. (My damages were in the $ 16,000 range). I decided to go the small claims route and feel like presenting the demand letter and the previous owners response helped me recover some of my money. (I was granted about $ 3700 in court… better than nothing.) I hope to not have to ever hire a lawyer in the future… but if I do, I will definitely seek out Art. He is top notch and won’t do you wrong.

Artin Gholian was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I am a lawyer (but real estate is not my specialty). I contacted him for advise on whether I needed a lawyer to represent me in a dispute with my seller. He explained the issues clearly, concisely and with a great depth of legal knowledge. We hired Artin Gholian to review all the HOA documents for a condo we were about to purchase. I had been burned in the past and was very wary about buying into an HOA-​managed complex, so I wanted a highly experienced lawyer with an eagle eye to look for any red flags or potential future problems with the building and its management. I was immediately impressed by Artin’s attention to detail and his ability to explain complex legal issues in a simple and clear manner. He combed through hundreds of pages of documents and financial statements, dug up details about a lawsuit the HOA had been involved in, and helped us make an informed decision with full peace of mind. I strongly recommend Artin, he takes the time to speak with you and has a great way of clarifying and presenting options and approaches. He made himself available outside of regular business hours whilst I was travelling out of town. I’m a very happy repeat customer of Artin who negotiated a tricky tenant eviction a few years back. Earlier this year Artin advised me how to handle a tricky tenant issue and this approach worked like a charm. This time round I went back to him a couple months ago to help release a real estate bond in trying circumstances that had him negotiate with somebody overseas. Good news received today that this was a successful. Artin has proved his worth to my family; we feel our interests are well protected in his hands. I was having problems with a very stubborn HOA and after many years of going in circles and accomplishing nothing The Jordan Law Group stepped in and solved our problems. My husband and I almost gave up because the situation with our HOA was so complicated and we had years of emails to dig through to prove that we deserved some compensation for their extreme negligence. I’m so glad we hired Artin Gholian to help us. He stuck by us for the 16 months that it took to finally settle with the HOA insurance attorneys and we got a big settlement out of it. Artin is amazing! I was fighting my HOA for over 5 years regarding a leak issue, and I’d still have a leak today if it wasn’t for him. I didn’t want to seek legal action, but it was clearly a necessity. Artin was fair, honest, and explained the process every step of the way. I worked with Artin regarding HOA Repairs to my townhouse. Artin was able to guide me through this process, He explained everything clearly and took a step at time with me.
