BRAVO … STANDING OVATION … and TEN STARS for TODD RILEY at Keller Williams Realty !!! I almost cannot put into words how incredible he was in selling my townhouse that I had lived in for 20 years. From the moment I called him, he promptly met with me and took the reigns from there. What is often a high stress task became truly stress free under Todd’s guidance. He marketed my property like a pro — He hired a professional photographer — had the property listed the next day — proceeded to have 2 open houses — and In record time (within a week) had my place sold (and with multiple offers, I might add). Before I knew it, I was in escrow and the whole ordeal was (almost sadly for me) over! Todd was efficient at every stage of process. All my questions and concerns via emails and texts were answered promptly and proficiently. His advice in handling the offers were spot on. He actually did above and beyond the call of duty — by personally being on the property for various (and important) things that needed to be done when I was not able to be there. What more can I say? Todd is a highly motivated person — very efficient — has such excellent customer service skills, is very diligent. Todd is, by far, the most professional, calm, patient, and a no-​nonsense person one can ever deal with. I cannot thank him enough for the superb service he provided — and his sheer knowledge of the market is priceless. I will highly recommend Todd to whomever I can from this point on!

Todd Riley was my realtor and in one word was amazing. He tirelessly searched for potential condos with all my requirements. He sent listings to me everyday and brought me to all the places we picked together. Sometimes several in one day. Communication was excellent with Todd always responding to me by phone or e-​mail. He always was willing to rearrange his schedule to match the availability of my sister and myself. Todd gave suggestions that helped me so much in my search. He found the place I eventually bought and I just love it. Todd was with me every step of the way, letting me into the condo several times to check things and take measurements.
