I highly recommend Jonathan! Although I didn’t purchase my vehicle here (reasons totally unrelated to Jonathan or Trans Atlantic Motors — my purchase parameters and requirements were very specific for a hard-​to-​find relatively rare vehicle), Jonathan was amazing, very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and extraordinarily helpful. He exceeded all my expectations, answered a myriad of questions I bombarded him with, and spent a lot of time with me. He even offered to continue to help me analyze my eventual car purchase even if he couldn’t find the car I was looking for. I’ve never worked with a dealer so helpful and kind and generous with his time. Based on my experience, I believe you and your car needs will not only be well taken care of by Jonathan … you may end up with a very nice new friend too!

Zack and Jonathan made purchasing my first car super easy! The entire process was very easy and I got a great deal on a Lexus SUV. Zack and Jonathan were very professional and helpful in finding a car within my price range. They showed me the different features of certain cars as well as the pros and cons of each one. It was clear that they had my best interest at heart and I really appreciated that! The financing process was a cinch. They even went above and beyond to open up the office after hours because I had forgotten my license inside. I will definitely come here in the future. This is the by far the best dealership to purchase an affordable yet high quality vehicle.

He greeted my buddies and I so professionally. We all liked him right from the start. Once I told him I was only interested in the 2011 Mercedes E350 they were advertising and nothing else, he not only took his time showing it to me, but answered all of my questions and my friends questions as well. He did an incredible job showing me all the features and options and when I felt comfortable we went for a test drive. Once we got back he was very caring about my financial needs and even got my 5.99% for 72 months. All the other places I have visited before finding Trans Atlantic Motors told me rates of 8.99−10.99 for only 60 months.

Zack greeted us so professionally and really determined our needs and what was important to us. Once we landed on the right car, he truly showed it to us better than anyone ever showed us a car and its options/​features before. He answered all our questions and didn’t try to pre qualify us at all, even though we just came back from the beach (and were totally dressed like it too). Wearing our shorts/​flip flaps Zack treated us much better than other places we went too (even) dressed up nice! Jonathan was equally caring about our financial needs and got us an amazing rate and great deal on the extended warranty package. We asked Jonathan tons of questions about all their warranty options. But like Zack, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional about it and gave us a really good deal that we felt really good about. So good that we felt like we had to take the time to wright this review.
They also paid us really good money for our trade, where all the other dealers (including CarMax) didn’t want to give a fair value. Jonathan and Zack went above and beyond to make it all happen. Zack even called the next day to make sure we were happy with our awesome BMW. We are totally recommending our family/​friends to these guys.

Zack not only greeted us right when we got out of our vehicle, but totally remembered us by name from the e-mail’s we sent each other 2 – 3 days prior to us showing up. He did a really good job showing us the car we were thinking about and all its features. Jonathan went above and beyond to get us approved with a fantastic rate. Recently bought an A6 from Trans Atlantic and both Jonathan and Zach made the process as pain-​free as possible. We looked at a ton of cars, BMW to be exact. Went on Christmas Eve and test drove a BMW. My husband noticed it had an alignment issue. They immediately took the car to get aligned and gave us the spec sheets. Fixed the problem prompt! Very personable and not at all pushy sales people. Highly recommend them to anyone. I bought a pt cruiser from trans atlantic motors ⁹⁄₂₀₁₅ and pierre was so professional. Since then, they have been very proactive in follow up and the car runs great could not be happier.

I am a single mom and I went to these guys by myself, I had done the research, knew my credit score and was hoping I could get out of there with the car I wanted for a good deal and without the headache of pressure and B.S.
My experience buying my used Honda Accord was completely stress free.
I knew exactly what I wanted and what I could pay and Jonathan set it all up.
Jonathan helped me with the entire process, trade, financing, all of it and was chill and friendly in the process!
Honestly, it was painless and I love my Honda Accord. If I had the cash, I would have considered some of the other really pretty Luxury Cars on the lot — but for now I love my Honda Accord. The Porsche will have to wait till I after I pay for the kid’s college ;-)

Got my dream car here (A8L) just a month ago. The experience was great, no pushy sales guy, just straight talk! Both Pierre and Rod were professional, courteous, and very accomodating (they didn’t have to provide me with a loaner while I waited to get my car looking brand spanking new, but they did!!!). Overall, I sincerely recommend Transatlantic… and that’s saying a lot as I am not an easy customer!

My bad! Thought these people were actually legit until I figured out they sold us a total lemon! Have had to dump over $ 10k into this POS and now have to find somewhere I can get rid of it because TransAtlantic doesn’t buy, they will only trade and I sure as hell am NOT trusting another car from their lot!!! BEWARE!!! These guys are just HUSTLERS!!!

Saw an f type v8s on their website and made an appointment to have a test drive. Arrived on the day itself and was greeted by Rob (I believe that is his name) as Pierre was busy with another customer. Rob immediately knew who I was as I talked to him on the phone and wasted no time in passing me the keys to the f type to look around. I had a test drive soon after that and eventually met with Pierre after that. I love their service as unlike any other car dealership, they do not beat around the Bush. Needless to say, I traded in my old vehicle and purchased the f type. I would definitely recommend going to transatlantic motors if you’re in the market to look for high end vehicles (I believe that is what they specialize in).

I purchased a 2008 Mercedes and I have to say, i love the vehicle. The process of driving away was the best I ever had. Customer service was great when purchasing and I must say, I felt very comfortable during this process. My complaints come with the vehicle itself and its issues within a month of the purchase.
I had to put in another $ 1,000 and more to come on two old tires that blew while driving just 5 days of the sale. Pierre did reimburse me for these two tires, but the dangerous nature of the experience was more than comforting. Pierre’s answer to my almost fatal accident was: ‘We expect customers to know what they’re buying.” Well, we’re not all car people, partner. Just as I’m sure you know nothing about computer science. The tires were so bad, the mechanic was literally shocked I just bought the car.
All of the front lights, except headlights are not just not working or need to be replaced, the sockets themselves are non existent. So my break and fog lights in the front not only need to be replaced but the sockets need to be purchased from Mercedes or on market.
The A1 service was not done (even though they said it was) because the oil was pitch black. The mechanic showed me the mess and said that it hasn’t been changed in at least a year.
I had to do all of these repairs and updates and there is still items to finish. I feel a dealer, used or new, should have the safety of their customer as their number one priority. Their second should be to sell a car that is in good shape and has been inspected properly with the bare minimum of usable tires and an oil change… at the bare min. I don’t think any customer would disagree.
At the end of the day, I’d go back, as their overall customer service was really pleasurable, but this purchase had its warnings.
