Worst costumer attention ever in this Studio City location. I fixed my iPhone screen two days ago in the Encino location, and it wasnt properly sealed, so it broke again. I took the iPhone this morning to the Studio City location because it’s under warranty and it’s the closest to my house and the guy said he couldn’t fix it for free (meaning under warranty because I paid over $ 100 two days ago) because it has damage. And I said yes, because you guys didn’t seal it right. Long story short the guy was super rude and just lost a costumer an referrals. Then I called the Encino location and told me in two mins that that was covered because the phone shows clearly that it wasnt sealed properly and that’s their part. How can a different location and same company be so different… go to Encino!

This place is TOTAL BULLSHIT!!! I took my 63 inch flat screen into this place to get a «free» diagnostic to see why it would not turn on and once these guys give me a $ 599 charge to fix it I decided not to use thier services. I go to pick up my TV and there is a HUGE scratch and a few other small surface scratches on the screen! I ask them what am I to do about this or better yet what are you going to do to fix it and they told me that they did nothing wrong and best they could do was take off $ 100 for the repair I initially took it there for and that they would do nothing to the screen even if I paid for the repairs! This place has the worst customer service and even worse business ethics! Will never use this place and will make sure my family and friends dont either! Two thumbs way down

Outstanding! Very honest. Took my iPhone in because the Touch ID hasn’t been working. Instead of taking the phone in for «evaluation» or an estimate, he told me it was almost certainly a software problem and gave me steps to fix it. They easily could have taken the phone in, charged me for the repair and done the same simple steps.

It was the perfect storm: a less than year old macbook, a cup of coffee and me multi-​tasking while drying my hair. The coffee fell onto the side of my closed macbook, and I retrieved and cleaned it immediately. (note to all: turn off power and remove battery if this happens to you). Later that day it would not power up, and my panic ensued. Important documents, precious photos were on there that i had not backed up yet (i’m not an icloud person if you must know).
I brought it into uBreakiFix, and they told me they would run diagnostics and let me know within 3 days. Fortunately, they got back to me the next day, said it just needed a cleaning/​dryng. Device is working fine.
$ 65 for the diagnostic and cleaning. Thanks for giving me back my memories, guys!

So it turns out an idiot and the guys at uBreakiFix helped me overcome my idiocy. For months now, my iPhone hasn’t been charging properly. I had to hold the adapter in just perfectly or it wouldn’t charge, and it kept getting worse. I was convinced that I’d have to get a new phone, or at least do intense repairs. I looked up uBreakiFix because it’s near my office and it said they repair charger ports for $ 69.99, so I was prepared to pay that.
Then I went in and the dude behind the counter cleaned out the port and said it was filled with pocket lint. So basically I was overreacting to a problem that didn’t really exist. Because they were so nice and didn’t screw me over for my own idiocy, I’m giving these guys a high recommendation. Go get your phone fixed there!

I brought in my iPhone 6 with a cracked screen. After I got it back, I realized my screen was showing an overlay of the old screen so that images doubled.
When I brought it back in (the same day), they blamed it on software, which any idiot would know was not the case.

These guys have fixed multiple phones for me (and my husband) They’re friendly, honest, the work was done quickly and we’ve never had any problems. And if you are a klutz, like myself, they have a discount for return customers. I highly recommend the screen protectors they sell and put on your phone. (much cheaper here than at the apple or cell phone stores.) The pricing is fair when you consider the cost of the screen alone to be $ 70 on amazon.

Wow I live in Chicago and I have tried a few places in the past to have my phone fixed I was never completely satisfied. Screws were left out things of this nature the phone was never put back together properly. so I went and bought a new iphone .I heard about uBreakifix in Studio city CA .and kept it in the back of my mind and I’m so glad I remembered! So after I dropped my phone in pedicure water and then broke my screen it was time to send it out to Landon at uBreakiFix .they did an amazing job. I was leaving out of town it was a rush job. They got the phone back to me very quickly .I couldn’t of asked for better service thank you so much for fixing multiple problems (broken screen, water damage, and speaker issues) with my iPhone so quickly and so expertly. ubreakifix is the only repair shop I’ll ever use again. definitely worth sending out to Los Angeles they know what they are doing !

These guys are awesome and they’ve saved my butt twice now! So my cats knocked water onto my computer and totally fried it (twice — seriously, twice), of course nothing was backed up (either time) and my whole life is stored on my computer so I was a complete wreck. I walked into uBreakiFix and realized that everyone working there was about 20 years younger than me so I got a little more nervous…
But, they barely charged me anything, dried out my computer, put it back together, and now my life is back to perfect.

I was having trouble with my iPhone 5c charging, even though the same chord would charge my wife’s phone. Took it in, described the problem, and after 30 seconds or so, they fixed the problem. They cleaned out some ‘pocket lint’ that had built up in the charger receptacle! NO CHARGE. This kind of customer service is rare, so had to share.

I love this place!!! I have been there twice now. I have brought 4 broken cell phones to them so far, and they have helped me with all of them. In fact, one cell phone was smashed so badly, that I was already like, «You guys are probably not going to be able to pull my content off this phone, and if that’s the case, I won’t hold it against you.», Lol… but I figured in was worth a shot. However, they WERE able to pull the content off the broken phone! It was miraculous! They charge reasonable rates too. They also am able to help me with my cell phones with the Verizon store itself is no help at all. Plus, they are all VERY nice guys… and every so often they bring a cute dog with them that stays in the back. What a great place! Thank god for them! They are miracle workers!

I came back a few days later because the touch screen wasn’t working properly. They gladly fixed it, and for free. No fuss. I’m so thankful I came here! My iPad 2 button has always been glitchy and then basically stopped working. Apple told me it was too old to fix and recommended buying a new one. (It’s a 64 gig!) Took it to Landon at UBreakiFix on Ventura and he had it fixed in minutes. The button had not ever been aligned properly. Done. Beyond cheap. And definitely cheaper than a new $ 600 iPad. These guys rock!

I went to this place to fix my screen and they did a great job. But a week later my screen was popping off and half my screen was black. I went back the guy said it wasn’t under warranty so I had to pay another $ 109.99 for a new screen. And the guy said my camera was cracked in half so that was going to cost more to fix. Luckily I wasn’t going to fix it but when I changed my mind I went to the location in Encino today to fix the camera and the employee said that the people who fixed my screen moved my camera and it was cracked. He said it was under warranty and I would not be charged for the service. And when I asked about my screen popping off the guy said that was as well under warranty and I should not have been charged! T
Please do not go to this location and instead go to the Encino location! They over charged me for something that I shouldn’t have paid for!

These guys are great. Super friendly, blown away by how professional they are. I’ve had two things fixed here… iPhone 3GS screen fixed within the hour and a charge port on a iPhone 5s within two hours. First, the guy (sorry i didn’t ask your name but you were great) said he would try a few things to just get it working for free though he couldn’t.
They also honored a 3 year old expired Groupon that said «MUST BE USED FOR SAME SERVICE» which was 3Gs, and i no longer have a 3GS, but he just accepted it as credit anyway.
I’ve seen some cheaper places maybe… but they don’t treat you the same way and i think the finished product is a little inferior.
but basically i left so satisfied i felt like «i need to leave them a positive Unilocal.»

Thank you very much for the excellent service today! I asked a friend where her IT staff had their equipment repaired and they recommended you. When I telephoned your Studio City location to see how long my I’d be without my IPad I was told that if I brought it in when you opened Id probably have it in 3 hours! I really appreciated how your staff knew how dependent we’ve become on this equipment. Hence, this morning I was the first customer when you opened. And, true to his work, I received a telephone call less than 2 hours later informing me that my iPad was ready! It seems to be functioning perfectly! However, the 90 day return policy, should I encounter a malfunction is appreciated!
