Great guy, great service, excellent communication. In fact after the sun came out and hit a sliding glass door panel in a particular way I could see a streaking and spotting area that you would not see in later day exterior light (from the day prior) — this was one of 8 windows — all the others perfect. Tom came by the next day and did a quick touch up and that is as good as it gets. Will use him again.

Today I woke up to sparkling clean windows! What a difference that makes, and what a great experience I had with Tom’s terrific service yesterday! Tom was professional, personable, efficient, and much braver and steadier on a ladder than I could ever be. He was very accommodating to schedule changes, answered phone messages promptly, showed up exactly when he said he would, and just cleaned the heck out of my dingy, murky windows, inside and out! New light and air just seems to be pouring into my home! My screens are clean, my gutters are cleared, and the price was more than reasonable for all the hard work Tom provided. Very satisfied customer, here! I’ve already scheduled my window service for next year. Superlative work!

Tom is awesome! He came out and gave me an estimate… rather than a general quote over the phone… I explained I had «water spots» that I wanted to make sure would be taken care of. He said that could cost more, depending on how imbedded they are, and wanted to make sure they could come out. Anyway, he was able to make them go away! He was very reasonable, and did a fantastic job! I saw a few areas when the light hit the window, and he took care of them while I stood inside pointing to an area here and there… He was patient, and very detailed. He’s also a really nice guy. And, I wanted mine done before Thanksgiving so I could decorate for Christmas. He was booked, but said if I could make a 7:00 am appt he’d do it before Thanksgiving, and he did! If you want a great job, from a nice guy, give Tom a call. I’ll be calling him again!

It has been a pleasure to work with Tom since I first called him to get a quote. I described the job and sent him some pictures, he also came by the next day to get a first-​hand look at the windows in our condo. After that he gave me a very reasonable quote and we scheduled an appointment.
On the day of the appointment Tom showed up on time, worked fast and did an amazing job cleaning our windows, some of which were really hard to reach from outside. He even guaranteed his work, if there had been any streaks left he would have come and fixed it for free. But we didn’t need that, he did a perfect job the first time.
On top of the great work ethic Tom is also a very friendly person, he was great with our toddler and just was a pleasure to be around.
I highly recommend Tom if you’re in search for a professional for your window cleaning job. I won’t call anyone but him in the future.

Absolutely 100% satisfied! I live in a glass house in the Hollywood Hills, and the windows were filthy. Tom is WAY beyond the normal window cleaning service, here’s why. He did an excellent job and after he finished working like crazy all day on my many many many windows, he said to check it the next day in the bright sunlight and if there were any streaks or anything he missed, he would come right back & take care of it. Who does that? Someone who takes pride in their work, that’s who.
I got 4 estimates from other companies and Tom’s price was competitive. His attitude was the best too, nice guy to talk to, and a hard worker when he arrives. When he left I walked around in amazement at how much better the windows look, the glass sparkles. And no streaks, I checked.
I highly recommend Tom Petroff to clean your windows. He will get my repeat business and I won’t bother to call anyone else.

I decided to give Tom a try after reading some favourable reviews on Unilocal and was so happy with his cheerful, friendly attitude during the estimate and then absolutely thrilled with the results when the job was completed. He not only had to tackle tricky louvred windows but also added a few extras like polishing up an outdoor mirror which had become weathered and grimy and when cleaned up which made our deck look twice the size. Magic! He also cleaned and polished up an outdoor glass Sconce at no additional charge. And all this work done with the sunniest of attitudes and friendliness towards our three dogs who were probably annoyingly underfoot at all times competing for Tom’s attention. I’ve recommended him to 2 other friends with a lot of windows who have been equally extremely satisfied with his work! All this AND very reasonable prices… Tom’s the best!

Tom is timely, efficient, and worked very hard to clean off my solar panels. He showed me the level of cleanliness of his water compared to what was available at my taps, and my panels look like brand new — saving me money to boot! I can’t recommend Tom more highly for the work that he does.

Tom showed up promptly at 9:15 as we discussed. He did a quick overview of our house and gave us a reasonable estimate for the interior/​exterior of our home. He got straight to work and was done within a reasonable time. Our place looks great! I kept my blinds and curtains open all day because I couldn’t stop staring at how great it all came out, hehe! Tom was also so pleasant to deal with. Will definitely be using him again in the future.

I can’t recommend Tom highly enough! He’s cleaned the windows at my last 2 residences and they always sparkle. He goes above and beyond cleaning the windows and includes the screens and window panes — all at a fair price. He is professional, courteous, and kind.

Very happy with Tom! After I called him he came out to my house right away and then gave me an estimate. He was able to come the following week to clean the windows. He cleaned inside, outside, and the sky lights. Our place looks like a different house! It is awesome. We have lots of different size windows, windows that are high, etc. He cleaned them all!

I normally do not post reviews, but felt compelled to do so with Tom (who was recommended by a friend). We have a combination of window sizes through out our home that have not been cleaned in quite a few years (sad to say I was embarrassed of how dirty they were) but Tom took on the challenge and gave us a very reasonable price. He did a meticulous job! And what a professional. I would definitely use him again.

I called a few window washers, and Tom was by far the easiest to get a quote and schedule the cleaning. He returned my call promptly, and his price was less than the others. He was also patient with my never before have I had my windows washed questions.
He arrived on time, and meticulously cleaned our windows– our fifty year old windows sparkle, and our new windows look brand new.
On top of this, he is a super personable, nice guy. I will be using him for regular window washings.

Mr Petroff did finally call me, explaining his phone was stolen out of his car while on vacation etc. and that in fact he had not received any of my messages. That is why he had not been in touch. I suppose sometimes circumstances beyond our control like this do occur, and at this point all he can do is apologize. Which he has done and seems very sincere. He came and gave me a bid to do my job, and even discounted his (already very reasonable) price to try and make up for the failed communication. He’s an extremely pleasant man, who appears to be very concerned about his customer’s satisfaction. He’s really redeemed my faith in his company, and my overall opinion of customer service here in LA. I find many companies could care less, so his real concern for this issue, and his customer satisfaction is quite refreshing. His work was excellent. He was on time, very efficient and my windows have never looked better! We’ve used other window cleaners before and I’ve never been this pleased. After a rocky start, (beyond his control) Tom came through with flying colors! I’m very pleased and would highly recommend him and his service. Don’t let my initial issue with him cause you pause because stuff happens. He more than made up for it! Thanks Tom!

I’m giving Tom 5 stars – he is top notch and deserves nothing less. I called Tom on Thursday evening and told him I needed the job done ASAP as I was having a house full of people starting on Sunday. Tom wasted no time… he was at my house on Friday to give me a quote and came on Saturday to complete the washing. Tom is professional, easy to work with, and does an excellent washing. He went out of his way to clean up certain areas of the house (mirrors, garage windows) that I had no expectation of him cleaning at all. He is friendly and courteous. His prices are reasonable and well worth the excellent job. My house feels brand new – sparkle and shine! Thanks, Tom. Can’t wait to see you again soon.

For years I used another window cleaner… The results were always –meh. Then I discovered Tom… DELIGHTED! He was reasonably priced and provided immaculate service. My home sparkles! He even played an original piece on the piano for our grandchild.

Tom is fantastic. He was incredibly responsive to my call, prompt in providing a quote & arriving to perform the job, and did an incredible job cleaning our ridiculously-​dirty glass fence located on a hillside in our backyard.
It was no easy task, but Tom took it all in stride and the fence sparkles like new again. His glass cleaning & customer service skills are amazing and I HIGHLY recommend him. Thank you, Tom!
