Graduated from Lesley University May 2013, with Bachelors in Arts with concentration in Holistic Psychology. Mindful Meditation certified.

I am very interested in the holistic approach to living. I want to help empower my clients to live well and take care of their bodies and minds with Massage, Yoga and Ayurvedic practices. Recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia I am very aware of pain management and chronic fatigue and have resources for my clients who may have this diagnosis.

In our busy lives understanding the need to quiet and relax the mind, body and develop the spirit within is a necessity.
