History
Established in 2013.
Sturgis Storage was purchased late 2013. A once thriving storage facility had run down over years of neglect from previous owners. Upon purchasing the facility, we immediately began fixing broken garage doors and started rehabilitating the facility. As occupancy increases, we plan to add a more secure fence, an automated gate with individual pass codes for 24⁄7 access, and better lighting. Interestingly all the storage facilities in the area are virtually 100% full, so we are proud to be the only facility for many miles to have plenty of units available ranging from 50 — 200 square feet!
