History

Established in 1996.

Rick Kincade opened RMS Quality Services in January, 1996 with an extensive background in Quality, and a desire to offer local businesses an alternative source for Calibration and Metrology Services. Rick is a Lead Quality Management Systems Assessor and has over 35 years in quality services including experience in Quality Management, Quality Engineering, Quality Control, Calibration, Metrology, SPC, GD&T, DOE, APQP, PPAP, ISIR, Gage R&R, ISO 9001, ISO 14 001, TS16949, ISO/​IEC 17 025, ISO 13 485 and others.

RMS Quality Services today, currently operates from a 6300 square foot facility including 4 labs, 1 controlled to 68 degrees +/​-​1 degrees F, is ISO/​IEC 17 025 accredited. Our staff that includes over 10 Technicians, services hundreds of customers across 26 states offering Calibration Management Programs, Gage and Instrument Calibration, Inspection Services both Dimensional and Visual, Gage and Instrument Sales and Repairs Services along with a Online Customer Access Database.
