Terrible experience. Bad customer service, poor craftsmanship on repairs. Wanted to support my community and use a local shop, next time I will drive to Albany or Salem.

After more than a thousand dollars of repairs never manage to fix the problem. Even broke something and made me pay for it. They knew what the problem was but complained that it was to hard to do. ‘nough said.

I have an Audi that needs an alternator replaced. I looked online at this place because it’s close to where I work and it said that the operate on anything from Audi’s to lawn mowers. So i thought, GREAT! I called the next day and spoke to the guy in the service department asking if they had the part and when I’d be able to bring it in. The service guy said «i dont think we even work on Audi’s» and when I told him it said on their website they did he just scoffed. He told me he would check on the part and he would call me back in a few minutes. I told him I had to go back to work and if he could just leave me a voicemail that would be great. A couple of hours went by and nothing. So I called them again, the guy that answered first put me on hold then came back and said «oh yeah, he said he wouldnt order the part and doesnt want to work on your car» I COULDNT BELIEVE it!!! That is HORRIBLE customer service. Had the guy called me back and said he wasnt able to work on my car because he wasnt sure how to, I would’ve been a little more at ease with it, but he didnt even have the courtesy to call me back or even talk to me when I called back. So maybe dudes, you should take off your website that you have such a huge scope of cars that you work on, when clearly you dont.
