We bought a house with a termite baiting system already in place. They come out and check it quarterly and leave us a note. I suppose they could say there is evidence of new termites and charge me for further treatment, but they have not. I appreciate that honesty. Price for annual service is comparable to other companies. I have no issues with them.

They are decent pricing, but like the saying goes you get what you pay for. Picture yourself in this scenario.
Hi, I have a swam of termites going on right now, could you please send someone by today or tomorrow. they are like, Um, we could have someone out next week. Come on this is not cool. You have to go off on these people and beg them to get a service person out to your place.
They do the job, but it’s painful.
