As other reviewers have said they are inside the field house. Which means on the other side of the windowed wall are bootcamps with all their shouting and music and if you are there when school is out you have half the kids in town there and all their sports noise. The first time I was there Mark kept walking away to treat other clients without a polite«I’ll be right back.» If you are looking for one-on-one PT this is not the place to go. You are in a communal room and the therapists are working with multiple clients at a time. The benches are barely arms length apart so during busy times there will be someone right there next to you. I did the same exercises over and over the whole time I went there the only change was the ankle weight would occasionally increase. If they are not working with another client a lot of the time the therapists are staring at their devices. How closely could they be monitoring people if they are looking at their phones or are on the other side of the room working on someone else? At the last session I had Melanie snapped at me «why are you still limping?» because I am still in pain thats why. Needless to say I won’t be going back there for PT again. If you want to stay in sudbury for PT I have heard good things about Achieve up in town center.

3 members of my family have utilized All Access with phenomenal results! Everyone there is very customer focused. For example, our insurance regularly miscalculates(to their benefit) the compensation back to All Access. All Access will NOT bill us until everything is correct, even if it takes months. The PT’s are highly competent and client focused. They nudge you through the exercises in a firm yet compassionate way. Scheduling hasn’t been a problem either. Last minute changes have always been accomodated. You get a full hour of therapy, not the 30 minutes you get at the larger facilities. The facilities are functional but isn’t that what you want? If you’re looking for a juice bar, go down the street to one of the many cafes! So give them a try. You won’t regret it!

I have been a patient at All-Access Physical Therapy several times and I have never been disappointed! The staff are friendly, considerate, helpful, and very professional. I have been treated for a sprained ankle and plantar fasciitis(I am a runner) and all the therapists are amazing. In terms of one of the other reviews, it IS in a hard-to-find location if you’ve never been there. It is located within The FIELDHOUSE sports complex but in it’s own office. It is not visible from Union Ave, so you must go down the long driveway, but then you’ll see it right away. Thanks AAPT for all your service!

Its in a really weird location… A pretty run down industrial park that is not quickly visible from Union Street. The building doesnt look all that great either. Once you go in, you will see the entrance on the right hand side. If you are going for Physical Therapy, main desk will be to your left. They offer numerous sport activities, conditioning and training, large facilities, catering to athletic folks or those wanting to go through rigorous athletics. What it lacks in looks and cleanliness, it makes up in service. The PT’s are phenomenal and will put you through a grueling session. Extremely professional they are also personable and people oriented. Not the most«medical» clean/updated looking facility. Just great service. Lets see how PT progresses!

Very much focused on the staff and not as much on patient convenience. No loyalty to long-term patients. Friendly therapists but, hard to schedule convenient appointments and get good follow up.
