Established in 1985.
Prudential Ursula M. Stephan Realtors was established in 1985 by Ursula («Babe») and her husband Ronald Stephan. In 1994 their son Louis Stephan joined the business, taking ownership a decade later. Louis and his wife Lisa Dropkin continue to run the office with over 20 brokers and agents working for Prudential Stephan Realtors.
