Similar experience here, rood front desk people. It is like they are pissed that you called to find out what they stock and what would be a special order w lead time. I would go out of my way to avoid doing business with this place.

Extremely poor costumer service at front desk. As a contractor I would buy supplies where I can find them but Will go out of my way not to buy anything from them.
