History

Established in 2012.

Joe Scialo, Brian Varley and Herb Reimann met while working at a large regional firm in New York City. In 2005, Joe formed Scialo & Company. Herb was admitted as a partner in 2009 and the firm became Scialo Reimann & Associates. Meanwhile, Brian became a partner of another firm Northern New Jersey. In 2012, they decided to join forces and formed Scialo Reimann & Varley. SRV’s past experience in large national and regional firms in the New York metropolitan area allows us to provide exceptional service to our clients with big firm knowledge and small firm responsiveness. The partners have vast experience working with family and closely held businesses in a variety of industries. We provide world class service at reasonable rates. I am highly skilled in tax planning for privately owned businesses and financial planning for high net worth families and individuals, providing the sophisticated tax advice and investment savvy they require. In addition, I have extensive audit and accounting experience with small to mid-​sized companies in a variety of industries.
