These are absolutely the worst people to deal with. They advertise ²⁷⁄₇ service, accepted a Christmas Eve, «on call» assignment and then refused to return dispatch’s calls. at 5:12 pm, they acknowledged dispatch’s call for service. At 6:30 pm, they said they were finishing up a job and would call back, At 9:35 pm, they still will not answer their dispatch office or return a call. If you do not want to work on a holiday, do not advertise that you will. If nothing else, have the common courtesy to call and say you are not going to make it. Do not keep responding «OK». This is a Mr Electric franchise. I have every intention of filing a complaint with the better business bureau. The dispatch service appears to be completely disgusted with this franchise, as he is the only on call technician for the area.
