Alon Willet’s service was recommended to me by a neighbor to install Christmas lights this past holiday. While he delivered on his service and did good work. My poor rating is based on his «contract». Keep in mind he does not have a contract, he prices on a three year option but does not have the customer formally acknowledge this agreement. I was warned of this shady action by another burned customer but did not think it would apply to me. I am now moving after my first year with Alon and gave him a courtesy notice about my out of state move and he came back at me saying I owe 10% of my remaining 2 year balance. I paid the fee but am not happy about this business practice and will continue to utilize social media outlets to warn and educate future potential customers of this bad business practice.
