We specialize in small batch bean to bar Craft Chocolate bars and Drinking Chocolate made from organic cocoa beans that we roast and stone grind ourselves.

History

Established in 2014.

We created Affinity because we love craft coffee and chocolate. We wanted to share with everyone specialty coffee and we found one of the best ways to do that is with our pre-​bottled Affinity Craft Coffee. Along our journey with Affinity we discovered the craft side of Chocolate as well and created our own Craft Drinking Chocolate. We love both of our products and enjoy sharing them with others. We hope that you try out our drinks and have an Affinity for them just like we do!

Business Owner

When we met we both knew we had an Affinity for each other, as well as an affinity for Coffee. It’s only natural, then, that we start a Coffee business so that we can share that love for coffee with others. Chris wrote a local blog on Houston coffee for a short time before realizing that his true calling is crafting coffee for others. Marisol is a natural in the kitchen and loves developing new tastes that bring smiles to faces.
