They talk shit about you in another language while doing your nails. Their work is really sloppy, over priced, and they rush throughout the whole process. Not worth the money. There are tons of better places you can get your nails done at. They also over charged me $ 5 and I didn’t even realize til I was home.

I started doing my eyelashes at Miracle Lashes – and to save money, I came here. Boy, do I regret it!!! Learn from my mistake: If you’re going to commit to mink eyelashes, spend the money to have it done properly. At Bella, they glued the lashes at my root. Even worse, the glued several artificial strands to my real individual lashes. That’s a no-​no and it’s because it assures that your real lashes will be RUINED. I ended up with my blonde nubs and vowed to only pay a premium to have it done safely and properly. To sum it up, these are my EYES! Take them to the Neiman Marcus of lashes… not Wal-​Mart, which is what I now equate Bella. Check out my photo!

I use to go here all the time they messed up pretty badly on my friends nails they were crooked and just a really bad paint job, I called for her telling them about it and she recognized us as «oooooh the black people» yes quote from the owner and I felt disrespected I went in there and told her I wouldn’t say the Asian people messed up on her nails and then she claimed she says «white, black, Indian» but you don’t say that and I never really liked her attitude to begin with. Won’t be coming back. Ever.

Horrible place doesn’t even care if your there or not first time going in there and they have the worst customer service… so I literally just walked rude people there too DON’T GO THERE my biggest advice I can give you!!!

I use to go here all the time, but they have gone downhill. I will never go here again! Got a shellac mani and there was something wrong with the polish (it wrinkled and peeled — I have never seen shellac do that before). Instead of offering me another color or polish I have 3 people standing around me while having the shellac removed with a buffer (which cut up my cuticles). They didn’t say sorry or offer a discount. And 2 days later it was peeling and when I called for a refund they said the owner would call me back. She never did.

I really like this place! It’s clean, the ladies are sweet, and they do a really good job! I’m extremely picky, and I get overlays or acrylic nails with white tips and like them super short and thin. This place is awesome! They give you LOTS of services with just the classic pedicure (sugar scrub, paraffin wax treatment, hot stone massage, hot towel wrap), and they massage for a long time! I prefer Joanne for my nails and Thanh (pronounced T-​ahh-​n) for my pedi. You won’t regret coming here!
