Brent Carpenter is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

History

Established in 1995.

Brent and Kathy Carpenter founded the firm of Carpenter & Carpenter, P.C. in 1995. Brent had been a named partner in another firm when he and Kathy decided to form a firm of their own. It has always been their belief that the client comes first and it is our commitment to use our resources to assist them in their legal matters. Following that commitment, Carpenter & Carpenter, P.C. is selective in their clients that are accepted so that we can insure each clients’ legal needs are met. We represent both plaintiff and defendants in business disputers and exclusively plaintiffs in personal injury and product defect matters.

Brent is also a certified mediator and serves as a mediator for all manner of disputes both before and after suit has been filed.

Business Owner

Brent is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law, and a certified mediator. He is currently or has been a member of a number of professional legal associations including The College of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Bar Association, Houston Bar Association, Fort Bend Bar Association, and American Association for Justice. He has held many elected and executive positions in local, state and national trial lawyer organizations. Brent is a past chair of the Products Liability Section of AAJ, former director of Texas Trial Lawyers Association, director of Houston Trial Lawyers Association and a past President of the Fort Bend Bar Association. He has been listed in Who’s Who in American Law, Who’s Who in America, and cited as a Texas Super Lawyer every year since the award began.

Brent is married to Kathy and they have four daughters. Brent is also a former soccer player, coach, soccer club president and current certified referee. He referees High School, HYSA and EDDOA matches.
