The store had little to no customers when I went in but still managed to have the worst customer service ever. I was approved for credit and 10% off so I thought I would check out the sales. When I got there I noticed the parking lot was empty on a Saturday… very strange in Sugar Land. We found something and wanted to go pay… well that is not how it works here. It took 2+ hours and a copy of my renters insurance to get my them. Don’t know what I was thinking when I decided to go there and not just do Best Buy as originally wanted. Oh I forgot to mention I did not get 10% off because it does not apply to sale items. If you have ever been to Conns you know every item is a «sale item». NEVEREVERAGAINEVER

If I could, I would give zero stars to this establishment. The sales staff seems to only want to move product and could care less for the customers. My experience includes being stood up on the delivery date promised and when they did show up and dropped off my purchase, pieces were missing(in my case the slats that elevate box springs and a mattress). Still have not heard from this store. From my point of view, I feel that the employees at the Conn’s in Sugarland are there for themselves and they are doing you a favor. Message me and I’ll be happy to Forward my email to Conn’s customer service.

I purchased a love seat sofa chair and ottoman.($ 2700) I was told it would be delivered on 6÷24÷15 but it wasn’t no one called to tell me that I wouldn’t be getting my furniture. So I called them, I was told that they have no idea when it would be in. The manager called and was no help. So I ask what other options were there because I needed my furniture by the weekend because I have family coming in. They offered to give me the model that’s on display in the store which I inspected and it was in great shape but it’s not new I paid for new furniture and asked if they could give me a discount or something. They treated me as if I asked them to give me something free I just wanted a discount because this furniture was not new. They also acted like they were doing me a favor. They lied about the delivery of the furniture to get my money and now it’s like they don’t want to do anything to rectify the situation. Was charged a delivery fee even though I didn’t get my delivery on time

After picking out the item I wanted, and then being told it was due in last week, the salesman walked away. I went to the«customer service» kiosk and was made aware by the aggravated woman working it that she only handles payments, she couldn’t search other locations stock. She then angrily went to find my salesman(why do I need a salesman again?) so he could do the search. He recommended I check in on Monday to «get a better idea when the item will be in.» Then when I call on Monday with the item #, I get a woman(sounded like the«customer service» one) who claims she«can’t do that, we don’t know what items come in, who’s your salesman? «No one, you just convinced me to go to Frys.

I am upgrading this review to a 5. It was lower after I had a defective fridge delivered, but the turnaround on replacing it was excellent. In particular, Arif was my salesman and was extremely helpful, also instrumental in getting the replacement. I recommend him to anyone who visits this location. Frank at the warehouse was also very helpful. Mr. Gomez(I forget his first name) was the guy who came to check the fridge to see if it was something that had to be returned, and he was very knowledgable and polite. It took only 2 days to replace the defective fridge(which was Samsung’s fault, not Conn’s), and I think that’s pretty good.

Vultures. Every. Single. Employee. I get it you work on commission but I don’t appreciate being followed and interrupted when I’m trying to discuss things with my fiancé. Greet me, offer your name and assistance for any questions and leave me be. Because of this, twice now, Conn’s Sugar Land has lost all my future business.

My parents recently bought a Washer & Dryer here so I figured it can’t be that bad despite that my usual Sunday perusal of their fliers tell me they usually don’t have the best deals in town. However, they do seem to have decent prices on Washers & Dryers. My parents got a nice set at a good deal! So we go to get me a new washing machine(my clothes are getting funky being that I’ve been without one for almost 2 months!) As we walk in it felt like a car dealership. Employees lined up to help you, regardless if you want it or not. Cause they care about you? no, cause they work on commission! The store has much less selection than Best Buy, and of course the the advertised special was not in stock. Go figure! But It will be available for me to pick up this week… and it was a decent deal… so Conn’s is not off my list completely, yet!
