Absolutely the best! Martin was referred to me when my AC went out in 2012. I had called a big name company&anAC tech quoted $ 25k.I wanted a 2^nd opinion. It turned out to be a $ 135 fix. My husband was away on a fishing trip,& when this AC tech learned that, & pressured me to purchase ASAP. He said that was the best price but in 24 hours it would cost more. Martin came to offer a 2^nd opinion the same day. He was honest AND professional,& that was more appreciated that he could have ever known. (A $ 25k system was not the only thing the AC tech creep was offering, :/​) The AC that Martin fixed lived another 4 years! It recently crashed, and I did my ‘due dilegence’. I got 3 quotes from different vendors. Martin’s was the most affordable, AND he was able to install it the next business day. Martin is honest, professional,& guarantees his work. I will sing his praises to anyone who will listen!

Critical air and Martin are the best from the best, other companies are just sales people, not technicians, based on my own experience with a few more before. When I told Martin that my A/​C is off, he said: «will be there in 20 min» and he was in my house in 19 min, he checked everything, bought parts and fixed it fast and very cheap. Other companies told me it was not fixable or ask for crazy money. Thank you, Martin! You are Pro! I’ll recommend Critical Air to everyone!

Martin is the best HVAC guy in the area! If you live in Greatwood, he is your guy! He is usually booked a week or two out (but that just proves how good he is — everyone wants him to do their maintenance and are willing to wait). I will only go to Critical Air for all of my heat and air needs!

I had a problem with my upstairs unit thermostat and called him quite late, not expecting him to show up that evening. But… he did! Worked for a couple of hours and didn’t have what he needed. Promised to come back the next morning, which he did. Lots of troubleshooting and thought he had to replace a control board. He could have very easily done so and charged me hundreds. However, he said he found a power supply connection that was bad (after all that diagnostics time) and only charge me $ 75 for that work. Honest, prompt and good service!

My A/​C stopped cooling on Mothers day. I called Martin and he arrived in 30 minutes. He quickly replaced the capacitor and was done in 30 minutes. Paid a fair price and Martin was prompt and helpful. I will use Martin for future repairs.

I am writing some reviews tonight and thought I would share my experience with Critical Air. Martin is simply awesome. He will come to my house whenever I call and he stands by his work. His prices are reasonable and he’s a Canadian to boot. He is my air conditioning and heating serviceman the rest of my life. If you search for him on City Search he has a lot of reviews. They need more stars on this site for Martin.
