Yep, still hate it here.
Lovely lady «What are you looking for?»
Me «Shelf cami’s? Like a cami with a ‘boob layer’ inside?»
Her «We’ve never had those here»
Me «Yes, you have. This is where I get them»
Her *snarky* «well we don’t have them now»
Me *leaves*
I’ll now drive to another LB an hour away to avoid the staff here.

So i went into the store the other day and I had a good time! they staff minus the store mgr (she works nights) was not there and I was able to shop and use a coupon without being told no!!! The store is nice and clean and offers alot.
Sale section should be worked on, inimates are good and reg price is also well stocked.
I will be honest I stopped coming here because of the store mgr and how she hogs the register (like someone is going to steal a sale). She always says there is something wrong with the coupon I am trying to use (even when it’s not) but again this is only when she is here. When she’s not the staff rocks! To me they bend over backwards to help you and thats what it is all abt at the end of the day.
Service should be the main focus to me. I think some people forget just because you live in Sugar Land doesn’t mean you have money to waste on reg price items. Service brings people not the amount you sell.
Most of my shopping is done down the street which is only 15min away all because of the service but now that I know she works nights I’ll try days over here.
Let me also say this. the store mgr is not an ugly just unfriendly and wants you to buy reg price items as a former employee of LB (in the 90’s in meyerland w Shelly as a mgr). I know what I’m talking about. see for yourself.

This Lane Bryant has been here for many years. It’s similar to all the other Lane Bryant stores. Lane Bryant is a plus size women’s clothing store. They sell clothing, bras, and night wear for women sizes 12 – 24.
This location used to be pretty run down but has recently had a minor face lift. They have the typical low quality clothing (which is sent in mass to them by Lane Bryant). The store isn’t as crowded as it used to be. In the back right corner, there used to be racks and racks of sale clothing and that has been replaced with 2 racks and a much cleaner streamlined looking bra section.
The people who work there are nice enough but it doesn’t make up for the low quality clothing. The reason I rated it three stars instead of two (which it what I originally wanted to rate it) is because the staff was very helpful when I went there looking for something specific, the newer cleaner updated look, and the coupons the company sends you. I purchased one item today that was marked as $ 34 and used a $ 15 off coupon. So, it was a great deal. I just hope it doesn’t fall apart the second time I wear it.
