Fantastic experience today. If I lived nearby, I would make this my go-​to nail salon!

Loved my nails Mary fixed them for me after the damage I’ve got from other nails spa she advices and take good care of nails more over their prices very reasonable I highly recommend it

I have been going here every other week. This time, they hired new technicians who seem to be in hurry and really clumsy with polish. The technician dropped paraffin wax all over my pure wool dress because she didn’t wait to let the paraffin wax dry on my hands. She was in such a hurry that She left rough edges on the base of the my shellac polish. When I complained to the owner, she just said ‘sorry’ — no compensation or attempt to fix wax on my dress or polish.
I had to pay $ 10 to get my dress cleaned and get paraffin wax removed. Not returning here again.

So I tried this spot and the service from Stephen was great but the quality of the work was horrific. My nails liked nice for 30 minutes and then cracked. I came back to get it fixed for it to crack again 1 day later with another one added to the cracking which then caused them to totally break which required me to drive back here again for a repair. Then when I get that repair those 2 nails look totally different from the rest of my nails. Let’s just say this was way too expensive for this and I will not be returning. Back to my regular nail stylist I go.

Very friendly and professional staff. Clean and nice environment! I walked in and did not have to wait long at all. Mary did my pedicure and she did a great job. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone that wants to relax and enjoy a pedicure.

Nails of America is definitely very accommodating even for walk ins! Excellent service. I came in 30 minutes before closing and Mary graciously took me in for a pedicure. Mary was very detailed and yet quick. The staff there is very welcoming as well. Definitely coming back. 5 stars!

I tried this place twice for a pink and white re– fill. The first time was better than the second. This time it has been less than a week and I am looking for a new place. One of the worst refills I have ever gotten. I would not recommend this place for acrylic nails.

I do like this place and I like the nice sweet staff but I hate the prices. It’s too expensive and there are hidden costs for everything but I guess that’s how it goes everywhere! I love going there but now I don’t go as much because of the high prices.

No lie, this was the first time ever that I got artificial nails put on that I was happy with! Hannah is amazing!!! She took the time to ensure my nails came out exactly the way I wanted. She is a perfectionist and a miracle worker. Totally went in with man hands and came out with lady fingers! Lol! The service is phenomenal, they are very attentive and courteous. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I recently moved to the sugar land area, and stumbled across this nail salon while shopping at Randall’s. I decided to stop by and try my luck and to my surprise, Cindy took me in right away. They listened to me and delivered above and beyond my expectations. I am definitely going back to them!
Also, they often have Unilocal deals for checking in, I would definitely take advantage of those.

I love this nail salon, I come here every month. They offer you drinks, and show you all the prices and options before they get started. They defiantly deserve a ⁵⁄₅! Also there so nice and take their time on your nails. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service!!! This is the first time I have been here but it will not be the last! Cindy took wonderful care of me from the beginning when I made my appointment, until the moment I sat down and got up from the table. I even referred my mom to their nail spa and they took great care of her too. We both had a glass of wine and truly relaxed at their spa. I HIGHLY recommend you try this place over any other nail salons in Sugar Land, simply because they take their time and make sure they do things exactly the way you like!

Not overly impressed. I was the only customer there for most of the time and she still rushed through my shellac pedicure. There were only two manicurists there and the one that wasn’t working on me was lounged out in one of the chairs on her iPad. She could at least look busy while the one and only customer was there. I told them this was my first time here (which they didn’t seem to care) so I didn’t know where the massage controller was. They weren’t friendly enough to ask if I wanted it. She did finally whip it out from behind my chair to move me forward but then she put it right back. Oh well.
I wasn’t offered any kind of deluxe feature or anything. I guess I was supposed to ask or tell them. Usually anywhere I go they ask if I would like more. I didn’t get any type of massage which is a big reason I go, so I can relax and get pampered. They did offer me water. I think the lady working on me was training because the other manicurist was talking to her a pointing things out and often had to fix a few of her mistakes. I feel bad for her, I know she tried, I just didn’t want to be her guinea pig. In the end, my toes looked good from afar.
I don’t want to sound overly picky but I was just terribly disappointed.

This is my first time I have been here. They have been open for about two months. So I decide to stop by and check it out since its literally 3 minutes away from my house.
When I first walked in I was greeted with smiling faces. Amanda is the lady that took care of me. She is so friendly she takes her time and doesn’t rush. I was offered water, tea or wine. I wanted a design on my nails that was a little complicated because I wanted it small. She took her time and got someone to help her too. I loved that. Perfection is key. I will deff be coming back and back again.
The layout of this place is beautiful, well taken care of and very clean!

This is my new nail salon! They took time on my toes and actually cleaned in-​between my nails unlike some salons in sugar land which was great! The snowmen on my toes are pretty! Staff was so nice and they crack jokes. Im going back very soon. Thank you miss Diane for making it great!!!

I have found my new favorite place. Amy and her staff are so welcoming. The salon is clean and relaxing. Amanda does a wonderful job!!! I would definately recommend this location.

I stumbled across this new establishment by accident and I’m thrilled I did. Amy and her staff are very professional and accommodating. Excellent customer service and very clean and beautiful inside!
