If there was a NOSTAR rating I would gladly give that to this sorry excuse for a salon. The owner is very rude and abusive. The most horrid lady I’ve met in my entire life. I went there for a gel manicure and pedicure because I was travelling for thanksgiving. Within 1 day of my being away, the gel polish was chipping away fast. I began wondering what may have caused this then I remembered that the attendant forgot to put a primer on my nail to help the adhesion process. Straight from the airport I go back to the salon and while trying to explain my issue with the owner, she starts muttering under her breath and proceeds to tell me that I am troublesome and maybe I took it out on purpose… Wait, what??! At this point I was furious because I had just spent $ 20 on nails and this lady is expecting me to leave without anything being done about the poor service. I start asking what does she mean by that and then she starts speaking Vietnamese or something like that and then says something about black woman… Trust me at this point I was just hurt, how can you offer such poor service and then add insult to injury by referring to me as black(which had no bearing on the issue at hand) when I never once referred to your lack of proper English or your race or heritage!!! Just wrong! And for this reason I am not done with that lady, I will go back and demand either a re-do or a full refund. Please does anyone know an authority figure to call to ensure that I am not taken for granted on this? I appreciate any feedback on that. Thanks

Before I called I asked if anyone there new how to do designs. She said yes, so I went with a very basic design picture. There were 3 people around me and my manicurist helping her to create the design. It came out horrible after spending about 10 minutes of each of them touching my nails so say asked if there was something else they could do. I went ahead and gave it another try this time showing a picture with just 1 accent nail design. By this time it’s closing time and all 5 women were surrounding me. I felt rushed and when I got home I still wasn’t happy with the finished product, it was sloppy and you could see you polish underneath the nail. I won’t be going back.

Not worth it. Very shady place. They automatically charge you for a kit. The manager yells at you for paying with a credit card. The techs don’t even enjoy working here. I won’t come again.

Today I just went to the salon and very happy with the service of staffs and owner. The salon is clean, many people told that they sell nail kits which is not usual but personally I think it’s a good deal. Cause you know, some kind of people like me don’t like sharing with others cause it’s not clean … And i think it’s kinda safety for us too. I had a pedicure 25 $ and i’m really satisfied and relax in 45 minutes. They have a sign which show«tipping in cash» but if i don’t have the owner is still very fine and said i could give them tip in credit card. I don’t know if you understand the bussiness but you know, everyone(if you’re a staff) would like to recieve their tip in cash instead of in credit card cause you just only get it when the end of the month. Some people do not understand and say it’s kinda rude and impolite, and gave complains. So, it’s just my opinion about the«attitude» and«tipping». If you can, just go and check it out if i’m right. Goodluck !

This was my first and last experience at this nail salon. Please note that when you come they expect you to bring your own kit and supplies. If you don’t have one then you can buy one for $ 2. $ 2 is nothing but this is not something that I normally experience at other nail salon. I was also informed of this after I put my feet into their spa equipment. The $ 25 for the spa pedicure is about the same price that I usually pay. Overall, the ladies were polite and I was please with my pedicure. The reason for the low rating is upon checkout. The owner SCOWLED my sister and I for not having cash. WOW. Seriously!!! You have a sign that says you accept credit cards. Her reason for this was that the employees will not receive the tip. Why not? I put the tip in the line that says for tip and I was charge that amount. Tell me how my manicurist wouldn’t get the tip unless you, as the owner, are not going to give it to her. I was livid for being talk to that way as a paying customer. The only thing I can think of is that she doesn’t want to claim cash tips for tax purposes. Maybe she thought she could talk to us like that because we look young and are Vietnamese ourselves. RUDE! RUDE! She told me that next time I better bring cash. Yeah lady that ain’t happening. No wonder the place was empty. I am going to stick to Woodbridge Nails where I don’t have to pay for nail supplies, same price, attentive employees, and pay with a credit card when I want to without the attitude.

I have to agree with the previous review for such a low price they are awesome and it is a long pedicure but every time I go I can never go when they are open

So far, I give them five stars because they really take their time while doing your nails. I love the hot stones, warm towels, and paraffin wax used in the deluxe pedicures. The prices are good considering the services received. Furthermore, they take their time while doing the massages on your shoulders, neck, legs, and feet.
