I would not recommend this facility. They require your social security number as well as your husbands social security number. They claim it is required by the insurance company. However, a quick call to Aetna and you will find out that Aetna has stopped using social security numbers years ago due to identity theft. This facilities practice of creating your account number from your social security number promotes identity theft. I would look elsewhere for a doctor.
