I went to this place to have my eyes fixed. I chose this place because they advertise a location in Pearland. They do have a location here.
They took great care of me. I can see fine. And I am happy with my vision. They are very nice. I got the iLasik treatment which I understand is best for Air Force. I’m a pilot so
Would definitely be a five star but I was disappointed that I had to go to sugar land office for surgery. That’s where there lasers are. Pre and post care is here in Pearland
Maybe I’m being to harsh. I hope eventually there will be a lasik provider based in Pearland. But for right now, this is as good as it get. If I lived closer to Sugarland. This would be five star as they did provide me a great service at a great price.

I came here twice for my lasik consultation. Staff was nice, but they were running about 20 minutes behind schedule (no big deal). After they did some initial tests, the lasik consultant, Jerri, spoke with me. I was a little confused as to why the doctor himself was not talking to me about my lasik procedure and if I was a good candidate. Jerri just said «you’re good to go, when would you like to schedule». She didn’t show me the printouts of my eye exam results, or show me any results of the tests we had just completed. It seemed as though she just wanted me to book my lasik appointment and pay the money. I got to finally see Dr. Khokhar the second time I went, he was very nice. I went to two other places for lasik consultation, and they both showed me test results, as well as let the doctor explain how the procedure and technology work. I ultimately did not end up getting my lasik done here, as I found a better deal at another lasik office with better technology. Do your research and ask what year their technology was made. It is not the most recent technology.

This place is horrible! DO NOT GO HERE! The front staff are RUDE and mean. We have been rescheduled 2 times without being called. She said the cancelled the appointment when we got there. The busing and place looks nice but this place is terrible, don’t waste your time go somewhere else.

I have been going here with my family several years already and this will be the last time we will go. My appointment is at 1:30 didn’t get to be seen till 2:15. They said they are running late and under staff, as if that is my problem. The fact is I have an appointment and I have other things to do. This isn’t the first time they did this to me. I asked for office manager and she never came to talk to me. I called them to have my hardware eligibility checked and up till now no one bother to return my call!!!

Not happy with my experience here, they care more about selling you random products at the end of your visit than the actual health of your eyes. I was shuffled between assistants for two hours (with long periods of waiting in between) before seeing the doctor for a few minutes. They said they would send my prescription to my local pharmacy about 1 hour after I left– so far its been 5 hours and my pharmacy has received nothing. I called and they said they would try to get to it sometime before they close– seriously? Im currently waiting on this medication to treat my uncomfortable infected eye– am I suppose to hang around my pharmacy for an indeterminate amount of time waiting for them to send this electronic prescription (which would take a second?).
i have never been made to wait so long for a prescription– the last eye doctor i went to did it on his phone and it took a few seconds so I can’t comprehend the wait here (5+ hours and counting). In fact every single time I’ve been given a prescription it’s never than less than immediate.
UPDATE:
It took them 6+ hours to send my ELECTRONIC prescription to my pharmacy– this was only after I made 4 phone calls to ask.
They claimed they had sent it a bunch of times already but I called CVS and they said they had only been contacted ONCE (my last phone call– when I finally got my prescription).
I’m more inclined to trust my local CVS– we’ve used them for 10+ years without an issue and all of sudden they are losing prescriptions? I really doubt it. Especially when on second to last phone call they transferred me twice to someone who said they would call back «right away» and after waiting 30 more minutes I was finally forced to call back because they were closing in 4 minutes.
Long story short: Go elsewhere where they value your business and can competently resolve the most rudimentary of customer service issues.

I had my LASIK done in 2012, surgery went well. During my follow ups I was told my vision would settle down, and to use eye drops for dry eyes, all of which will go away after it all settles down. I was told that I don’t even need to come back for my final check up since I’m doing «good».13 month later I started having issue with my vision, it started to blur, due to the holiday season, I wasn’t able to get an appointment. I was told I would get a call back, never happened. I was finally able to get my eyes check out in Jan of 2014, at this point I was told I might need a «touch up», however, since it’s been a year I would need to pay out of pocket. I was blamed for not keeping up with my appointments, yet whenever I called they couldn’t get me in during the holiday season. Now I’m being told it’s dry eyes again, and I’m on 3 different eye drops.

I was a bit skeptical about getting my LASIK done from Dr. Khokhar. I researched every bit about him online before going in for a free consultation. Most of the reviews about him were okay and so I figured it won’t hurt to give him a try for a free consultation. Being new in Houston, I didn’t know many people I can ask for references either.
I was bit surprised when I met Dr. Khokhar. He was very friendly and gave me the confidence I needed to proceed with the most important decision. I was very nervous on the day of getting surgery. The staff was just awesome and made my experience a dream come true medical experience. It’s been a week now and I am so happy with my overall experience. Good thing is that my tennis game has improved and my confidence has gone through the roof now that I am not wearing glasses. :) Not a bad thing for a 30 year old engineer :)

My husband had his laser surgery done at this place in may and his eye had still not healed correctly. Besides that he has insurance that offers him a 15% discount which was not honored at sugar land eye. I have called repeatedly to find some resolution and my call has never been returned. This is not a way to do business!
