I would highly recommend Dr. Jordan for oral surgery. My 11 year old son was referred to Dr. Jordan by our dentist and the experience was great! The ease of scheduling an appointment was easy and his staff worked to get my son in within a reasonable date. My son had resorption in one of his teeth and needed the tooth extracted. At the consultation, Dr. Jordan and his staff explained the procedure in full detail and gave us a couple of options to get the tooth extracted with as little pain as possible. We set a date for the procedure and that was it! Before the scheduled date, my son had extreme pain in that tooth and Dr. Jordan worked him in on an emergency basis to get the tooth extracted. He had great bedside manner and was very good with my son. Sandy, the nurse, was also very comforting and helped my son stay calm throughout the procedure. Another nurse came in during the procedure and helped ease my son’s anxiety. We were done in less than 30 minutes!
My son came home and was feeling fine the same day! No pain meds were needed after that evening! Dr. Jordan even called to check on my son (after hours) to make sure that he was okay! How great is that?!? I will definitely be going back to Dr. Jordan to get my wisdom teeth removed and he is worth it (even though he was out of network). I will also say that his staff was great with going over the costs of the procedure and gave us options to fit our needs BEFORE we completed the extraction. Amber and April were great and had excellent customer service! Try them out! You will not be disappointed!

Worst experience ever!!! I called to get my wisdom teeth pulled out. They took my insurance information down. I went in for a consultation and paid I believe $ 40. That is when they told me it would cost 1500 to get them removed. I wrote down on one of their papers that I was taking phentermine. However I wanted to make sure it was ok so I told the nurse I was taking it and if it was ok or if I had to stop taking phentermine for so many days. She said it was fine that I was on those meds. I scheduled an appointment and of course had to use a sick day. I followed the morning instructions (of no eating etc etc) and wait for 1.5 to 2 hours only to be told by the anesthesiologist that I would have to reschedule because I would have to be off phentermine 14 days before surgery!!! I was so upset. I told the anesthesiologist and William Jordan that I specifically asked the nurse if it was ok and she said yes. The anesthesiologist said well I called you yesterday to tell you… Ummmmm she called me the day before (not mention late afternoon) and she could have not left a voicemail saying for me to reschedule!!! In a way I am glad they messed up (except me wasting a sick day) because come to find out they were not in network with my insurance. I found someone else in sugarland who was in network and he did an excellent job (and was 1100 cheaper)!!!

Dr. Jordan is highly skilled, knowledgable, and compassionate. I chose Dr. Jordan for oral surgery to have impacted wisdom teeth extracted. The initial visit was informative. Dr. Jordan does not rush the appointment time, is detailed in explanations, and asks if you have any questions. I haven’t met very many physicians who are as personable as Dr. Jordan. He even personally calls to check on you. He cares, and it is evident.
I had oral surgery under anesthesia this morning, and I’m writing this review eight hours later. Excellent surgeon. He came highly recommended by another physician for his technique, and his care has exceeded my expectations. I have zero pain since he sent me home with specific pain instructions, no swelling, and I did not expect to start recovering so quickly. I have to note I follow instructions to the last detail (eat what and when they told me, take my medicine, no using straws etc). Dr. Jordan was also very nice to my mother who drove me to the procedure.
His office faces a hospital, his office staff are very friendly and keep contact with you about payment before the procedure so nothing is a surprise, and he has an anesthesiologist with him.
If you’re looking for an oral and maxillofacial surgeon who is safe, has welcoming and expert staff, and cares about your outcome then I highly recommend you consider Dr. Jordan.

Best dental experience yet! Fit my son in on very short notice to pull all 4 wisdom teeth so he could leave for college a week later. The staff was warm & friendly from start to finish. Dr. Jordan was just as warm & informative. The procedure went quickly & without a single hitch despite the difficult position of my son’s teeth. The doctor was also a great listener and very caring of pain management. He also called that same evening to personally check on my son. Recommended to me by two different local dentists, Dr. Jordan deserves his stellar reputation. Just putting ice packs on that first day after surgery was enough to prevent any swelling or bruising! The next morning, my son was up & doing great surfing the net for stock info. By 3^rd day, no pain meds were needed & he was eating normal food within reason. I wish I had had as great an experience with my wisdom teeth! For us poor souls without dental insurance there is a 5% cash discount which helps a lot!
