My husband & I were really excited when we decided to try this spot out bc it was real hot. We figured it was a perfect day for Halo-Halo. Unfortunately, the ice was so hard we couldn’t mix our ingredients together, there was a small portion of ingredients(not like Jolly B’s) and to top it off… the spoons broke bc of the ice. We thought bc it took them awhile to make them we thinking they were shaving the ice… nope…I’d go to Jolly B’s or Chow King for Halo-Halo.

I want to give this place a 0 star but it was not an option. I ordered Halo-Halo and Kwek-kwek. I waited for at least 20 minutes because it was kind of busy but when i asked for my order no one knows that i did ordered food and drink. It seems like the cashier did not tell the kitchen people about my order.

It wasn’t as good as I thought. Our food came in a brown paper bag, fries on the bottom and fish on top. They had no tartar sauce for the fish but had ranch. You can taste the freezer burn on the lumpia. I also had the halo halo with the ube ice cream, it wasn’t at all what I expected. It wasn’t at all creamy, it was runny and it had a large piece of ice in it and it wasn’t sweet and hardly any halo halo filling. There was no seal on my husband’s drink, their sealer was broken. They also didn’t have any macaroon. Overall I rate this a low 2.

Love the cookie dough boba. Will have to try more flavors in the future. But I love this place.

Yes, a hidden gem! You either go here or Quickly’s at Solano mall. They have milk teas, iced teas, blended drinks, halo-halo, macarons, and snacks. I haven’t tried the snacks yet, but the drinks here are great! I’ve tried Purple Oreo(my fav), Honey Dew(taste better then other places), Dirty Thai(Thai tea w/Oreos), & pineapple guava iced tea. The iced tea is refreshing! I honestly thought I would not enjoy it, but I did. I want to go back & try the other flavors. The boba(tapioca balls) is flavorful, soft, & chewy. I haven’t had hard nasty boba here which is a good thing. :)

The staff is super nice and very helpful in helping you make a choice, if you are uncertain on what you’d like. Purple Oreo(taro w/Oreos) is one of their top drinks, definitely a calorie count killer, but worth it on occasion.

I’ve been wanting to try this place since I always see it every time we go to our friend’s house down the street. I ordered an arroz caldo and a purple Oreo drink with boba. I thought both were very delicious. The arroz caldo is one of my Favorite comfort foods! It came in a pretty large portion for $ 4.95 I say that’s a pretty good deal! The purple Oreo drink was amazing. It pretty much was a taro shake mixed with Oreo cookie pieces(may I say bomb?!). Customer service was awesome, they brought the food to you and were generally very sweet gals. I will definitely be coming to this location again!

So. this is inside a little shopping center, next to the little Suisun Seafood Center. Its a really small place, but if you’re not taking it to go, you can eat in front where there are small tables to hang out at. I’ve tried a few of their boba drinks. Loved everything I’ve had so far. I prefer them not as sweet, and the gal is always so accommodating and makes it to my liking. This visit, I tried the Peach Mango Boba Tea… so refreshing! Looking forward to trying one of the fattening ones next time :)

I was very pleased w/my boba drinks but it took awhile for the employee to take my order. I was waiting for someone to pop up at the front but I waited quietly and patiently re-reading their menu numerous times. I felt like I was memorizing it by the time somebody came out and took my order. The menu is unique so try something different. I am a returning customer because the workers are very sweet and help you understand the menu with their different flavors…

I was pretty disappointed with their halo halo. My friends and I made the trip here just to try their halo halo but it did not meet our satisfaction. I was hoping this place would have halo halo better than Jolliebee or Red Ribbon considering«halo halo» is featured in their restaurant name and their boba reviews were so good. However we found that it did not surpass these restaurants. It did not include leche flan, jackfruit, and barely any evaporated milk for sweetness. I would not recommend getting their halo halo, unless you do not like sweets.

The pleasures of have halo halo in my culture and a crazy selection of boba drinks is FABULOUS! If you haven’t tried, you must do so! You couldn’t thank me enough after you’ve had these delicious sugar filled drinks! Nothing compared to Tapioca Express simply because it’s owned Mom and Pop’s… I can’t argue with that!

This place is so good, no more Quickly for me! Small shop located inside the seafood center store, friendly staff and they have a few tables to sit at. They also do a rewards card, if you get it all stamped, you get one free. We got the lychee, mango and thai tea. They have boba and bursting boba. Also malasada for treats. They do fish and chips and halo– halo. Will be back to try the other stuff!

Ordered three drinks all with boba. The milk tea, the calamansi slushie, and the taro oreo. I didn’t try the milk tea but my friend said it was good. The calamansi was really refreshing and the citrus wasn’t too strong like I was expecting. The taro Oreo, I was a little hesitant about but it was actually my favorite of the two. It was so good and I usually don’t like taro. Definitely recommend. The reason I knocked off one star was because the boba was weird. The texture was fine but for every 5 tapioca balls there would be one really weird mushy one. My boyfriend said that they were probably using old tapioca balls. The color was off too. I’m used to seeing dark colored tapioca balls but these were a light brown ones. Not that big of an issue, but if they did use old tapioca balls to save them time and effort, then that’s not cool. The place is connected to an Asian market which is cool. Overall decent boba and I would come Back if I was in the area. I’m curious to try out their snacks like the fries.

Just had to add another Unilocal review for Halo Halo Bar & Boba Station due to some excellent customer service from an employee named Jordan. We were in the area and decided to grab boba before heading home. I guess when we made our stop, we didn’t realize it was only 10:00! We were standing near the register just reading the menu trying to figure out what we wanted to try, when Jordan kindly emerged and greeted us good morning saying they were currently still closed but that he would still serve us anyway(He did mention that the regular boba was not yet ready however). I got the pineapple guava tea with lychee jelly, and my sister got the same thing but with bursting boba(which they did have). The drinks were a bit too sweet, but I just wanted to mention what great excellent customer service we received! Halo Halo Bar & Boba Station, you have forever customers =D

Attached to a Filipino grocery store is this unassuming little gem of a boba shop. I prefer Boba Station more for their slushy type drinks than for their milk teas because their milk teas always end up feeling like slushies(the way they mix in the ice). However, this is definitely a step above the area’s only other boba option, Quickly’s. Here the milk tea is not cloying, which seems to be a consistent hallmark of bad boba joints. The assorted flavors are also all distinguishable, far from the generic blend of sugar, tea, and milk typical of less successful places. The«Purple Oreo» is a truly interesting concoction and it is a must-try. Overall, this is worth a stop if you’re driving through and need to quench that boba/sweet craving.

Definitely a hidden gem in Suisun. I wish they had more drink selections, but for what they do have, it’s yummy. Unless I’m craving a certain flavor that this place doesn’t have, I’d go here in stead of TapEx or even Quicklys. So far, the boba has been soft & chewy(no hard, icy ones). Recommendation: Purple Oreo(w/condensed milk)

Halo Halo is one of those Filipino desserts that I can just eat every day(but I don’t!). The Halo Halo bar in Suisun sells them nice and fresh! I particularly like going classic with the Ube Ice Cream. The people here are always very nice to me and the place is well kept with a few chairs and seats outside of it(although it does tend to get a bit stuffy sometimes in there). Overall a great Asian delight! Definitely check this out if your looking for something a bit different!

The Purple Oreo is where it’s at! It was a bit of a drive from the freeway to the Halo Halo Bar & Boba Station, but well worth it! Our group’s drinks pretty much consisted of the Purple Oreo and the Dirty Thai Tea. all in large sizes. I’m really glad we got the larges because the drinks were sooo good! Who knew adding Oreos into the boba mix would make it life changing? The Purple Oreo reminded me of one of the best ube ice creams I’ve ever tasted while in the Philippines. The menu is huge, including regular milk teas, blended drinks, and a selection of Filipino food items. There are about 5 – 6 tables for small groups to enjoy their drinks and the restroom is just around the corner. Not to mention the staff is super friendly and accommodating of our huge order. You can walk right into the grocery store next door to grab some pan de sal or continue into the sisig station if you’re hungry before or after your boba. Definitely bringing my friends and family to try the Purple Oreo if I’m in the area again.

Halo Halo Bar & Boba Station already won me over when they said, «Large tapioca is already added to the drink.» SAYWHAAAAT!!! Those are golden words to hear if you’re a boba bum like I am. Nothing beats not paying a stinkin’ penny for those chewy tapioca balls! Halo Halo Bar & Boba Station has an innovative boba menu. Although they offer your typical snow flavors like Mango, Thai Tea, Taro, Strawberry, etc. they took mixing up drinks to a whole new level. Ever heard of the Purple Oreo? If Taro and Oreos banged each other, out would come the Purple Oreo. The taro mixed with oreos remind me of your typical cookies and cream shake with a hint of Asian flavor. Plus, let’s face it, the large tapioca is perfectly cooked! The only reason why I gave this place four stars instead of five is because I wish they have the option of substituting their drinks with soy milk. Also, if you want boba on the get-go you might find their service a little slow. However, Halo Halo Bar & Boba Station is arguably the best non-franchise boba place to get your boba on in the Solano County. Very reasonable prices plus there’s munchies to snack on!

Being an out-of-towner really craving boba, I just Unilocaled this place during brunch today and found it. Only having roughly 7 reviews(now 8 thanks to me!), I wasn’t really sure what to expect. It’s literally in the middle of nowhere off CA-12 and doesn’t seem like many people know about this place. But already having 4.5 stars, my friends and I were willing to try it. They have a good selection of boba for the size of the place and popularity. From hybrids, to regular milk tea and blended drinks, I stayed a little safe and went for the lavender milk tea. All their prices include pearls already unless noted, but I was surprised to see for a 24oz cup + pearls for their milk tea selection is only 3.09! Compared to places in the Bay Area, that isn’t bad. The girl at the register was telling me about their purple oreo drink(taro and oreo) and dirty thai(oreo with thai tea and cream cheese) which sounded really good, but a little too much after a big brunch we all just had. We did have to wait a little while for our drinks, but I was impressed. The pearls had good consistency and the milk tea was rich! They also added the right amount of lavender for my taste buds so it wasn’t too sweet, but it may be for others. I would come again if I’m ever in the area. They also offer halo halo for 4.25 and other filipino dishes, but yeah, this place definitely satisfied my craving on the way back to Santa Cruz.
