Blocked my Visa card five times in seven weeks after I moved to another state. Twice on the weekends. Had to call their horrific customer support and wait for 15 minutes on hold before someone talked to me.
Declined a small $ 7000 loan for a security deposit even though I make more than that in a month. Wildly incompetent and unfriendly phone customer service.
Online banking that is unusable. You can’t do wire transfers to another bank, for example.
Worst experience ever. Stay away from these guys
