We are very frustrated with Joel Cipriano. My mother in Bowie Maryland paid him over four thousand dollars to do work. It included digging the length of the front yard. The contract stated he would remove the shoveled dirt and spread grass seed. He disappeared, never returned her calls. We never got a receipt. Had to pay another $ 350 to finish his job. Not sure if he claims he is a licensed plumber, but I found out he is not. It helps somewhat to leave this review.

Can’t explain the poor service of this contractor. My father is retired and older. He needed a large amount of work done. After being referred by his insurance company, these people only answered his call to come out and estimate. After that calls were not returned for a week and a half. Horrible customer service. Please at least be courteous enough to return a call. We looked them up on here ( Unilocal) and saw the previous review. Thankfully. I immediately called the insurance company and advised them of the situation and reviews. Needless to say they are not happy about their referred contractor.

Extremely disappointed in Joel’s Plumbing Service. We had our plumbing problem fixed at the end of year but the plumber never returned to finish the job! He was supposed to come back to cut down the pipes that are protruding above ground and re-​seed the grass. This was SEVERAL MONTHS AGO. Phone calls and even a letter has not yielded a response. We are suing.
