Was really looking forward to eating here, but after 15 minutes of no one ever coming to take our drink order, we left.

We live relatively close to this chilis location and have been there probably close to ten times in the last few months. The to go service is fairly average, we like it though. It could use improvement. We always pay online in advance and the cashier is always confused by this. Also we’ve seen our food just sitting on the counter getting cold several times. I would rather not sit down here though. We’ve occasionally got a good server, but when we get a bad one it’s really bad. The last time we went, we saw our waiter a total of two times, TWO. We wanted to place our order after ordering an appetizer. He didn’t come back for twenty minutes. We nearly left. Also my food tasted a little off.

Upon calling on order error (missing Texas Fries) received the response «yep I see them still at the window» very unconcerned of the oversight. Upon addressing the casual nature of the response became very combative and could not get a word in edgewise. Once did get to ask a question found out he was the manger and would credit me for the fries «…whenever I can get around to it». Like the service and our order, I can’t see that getting done either. Other items were not included as purchased like both being cooked well done/​blackened one side

My boyfriend and I frequent here about once every couple of weeks. Sometimes more. The staff is amazing, day or night. We always sit at the bar or in the bar area. Love being greeted by the staff that knows your name. I have been trying to get something different every time we go. Was not impressed with the steak. Other than that, I am always pleased with the service and the food!

Seriously the fattiest steak I’ve ever tried to eat in my life (because it was making me sick). I love the atmosphere of chilis, but the food at this location is terrible. Especially if you order chilis to go.

I honestly have not had as good of an experience at a restaurant (fast food, sit-​down, up-​scale, etc.) than my family had here. Mostly thanks to our waitress Miranda. She had our 4 year old son close the blinds b/​c the sun was in our face… and when our 3 year old son felt left-​out, she invited him to go with her to close the rest of the blinds down the row. A small thing to anyone else, but a huge thing to be a part of our family having a enjoyable dinner.

The food here is always good for a chain restaurant. What really makes me keep returning to this Chili’s is the service. Connie is usually my waitress and she is hands down the best, most attentive, smiley server I’ve ever had anywhere.

Food is delicious… some new stuff… spinach con queso (not sure of name and spelling) and chips. Salads are ample and you can ask to have shrimp additions.
Been here with my work team so I know they handle groups pretty well, quesadillas are delicious.
I’ve heard the watermelon margueritas r delicious and they have a vodka drink with watermelon.
Service and atmosphere is decent and you can check out through machines at the table and do surveys through the machine, too… and some entertainment game stuff that may add to your bill if you play.
I noticed other reviews about smoking. I didn’t notice anyone smoking, but I was there for lunch not Happy Hour or evening.

SMOKING in 2015. Didn’t get a chance to eat there. Both locations are smoking. They didn’t have too many people guessing if they went nonsmoking that would change. Would like to be able come and eat one day.

Several visits to this location and it’s not getting any better. Tonight the waiter seemed like this was his first week working. A low talker to begin with, and you always should have them repeat your order back or something will be wrong. Also, they are not accepting digital coupons without codes, even if you show them the app stating it’s their location.

The food was very good. We went during the lunch hour on a weekday. It wasn’t busy so I’m not sure why it took so long to get our sandwiches.

Joined my girlfriend and a few of her co-​workers here for happy hour on a friday evening. Chilis has nice drink specials and specials on select appetizer. Very tasty and hit the spot.
One issue that arose was that us girls were having vent and share time. We were outside under the covered patio so as not to bother anyone if we got rambunctious. An extended family was seated outside at some point so I believe they may of got a little offended at a couple of our rowdy outbursts.
