Amazing!
Had to install a new washer and the Best Buy guys wouldn’t remove the old one because there was the tiniest trickle coming out of one of the hoses. Seriously??? I paid $ 70 and you are stymied by a trickle in a water hose?
So I called Ability Plumbing. They came out right away (on a Saturday). They had water shut off, the old valve removed and replaced in about ½ hour. AND… they came back a few hours later to make sure the new washer was installed properly!
Aces in my book!

Called them back for more work. They were punctual and awesome and fixed the problem. They should be called ROCKSTAR PLUMBING!

I contacted Ability Plumbing & Sewerage Co. in July 2011. They came out on July 25, 2011. When I contacted them, I told them the pump was leaking water and needed a gasket. They charged me $ 180 for less than 10 minutes time and only to tell me what I told them already, I needed a gasket. I told them I wanted a gasket installed. The two guys left said they didn’t have a gasket and would call around for a gasket for my model. They never called back. I called the business again and they sent out a different person again. I don’t know why because it was pointless. Again, I was told I need a gasket and they would possibly need to make one and they would get back to me.
It is now February 2012 and this company failed to come through. I paid them $ 180 for them to come out and tell me I need a gasket when I already told them I needed a gasket. I called them them for a repair and it did not happen. Still waiting for my gasket.
There are several Ability plumbing, this was is the one with the phone numbers 708−422−3200 and 800−654−6080.
I would avoid this business and use somebody that follows through and completes the task.
