I have had my VW Jetta now going on for 12 years. It runs as good as the day I bought it. Obviously that took a nice chunk of change to keep it that way, a lot of which was at the tremendous service dept at Douglas VW. I have been in 3 accidents with this car. I have never been as impressed with the quality of work that I have seen at the Douglas Body Shop. My insurance totaled my car, because it was so old. Nick Riello walked me through the insurance game on how to get the most money for the total. I then used that check to make the repairs at Douglas Auto Body. I had aftermarket lights i wanted installed, and they worked with me to get them installed (i had the lights shipped directly to them).
The other day i come out to my car and there is vomit all over the hood. I cleaned the vomit, but of course the stomach acid caused the clear coat to go bad. I dropped off my car again to Douglas Auto Body, and asked them to take a look. They called me within 5 hours, told me they had fixed the clear coat at no charge, something rare nowadays. Great place to take your car, as they fix any make and model. Was not in my insurance’s network, but did twice the job the network shops do anyway.
