Established in 2011.

Nitika K. Goyal, D.D.S. a diplomate of the American Board Of Periodontology, completed her Fellowship in Periodontics at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Department of Periodontics and Implant Dentistry in 2007. Prior to her post-​doctorate fellowship, Dr. Goyal attended Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, and the University of Michigan, where she graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor of science degree in Pharmacology

Dr Goyal’s interest in implant dentistry and the specialty of periodontics continues to evolve. Her dental studies inspired her to become a strong advocate of patient education and oral health. «I became very interested in the link between oral health and systemic disease.» This interest continues to serve as the foundation for Dr. Goyal’s Practice Philosophy-​to restore form and function with a strong emphasis on esthetics.

Prior to opening Summit Periodontics & Implant Dentistry, Dr Nitika Goyal practiced in a family and cosmetic general practice and in a specialty periodontal practice. She was raised in Florham Park, New Jersey and currently resides in Livingston, New Jersey with her husband, 3 year old son and 10 month old daughter.

Dr Goyal is a member if the American Academy of Periodontology, She is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York. She is also a member of the Union County Dental Society.
