This is a sham store! The owner who runs this store is a cheat and tries to trick you out of your money. I bought a rug from this store with the condition that I could return it if it does not fit in my living room since the dimensions on the carpet were different form what it was when actually measured. When I returned it, the person in the store did not know how to make a return transaction and said the owner will do it when he gets back form lunch and it was not a problem. 4 days later when i dont see a return, i call the store and they tell me they will not take it back since it is a final sale. This was never told in the first place and not what we agreed upon. I am disputing this with my credit card company.

What a shame. This store has a great selection of tile, but I would never order from them again. My wife and I fell in love with a backsplash tile for our kitchen. The Square Yard was helpful enough on the front end, coming out to the house, etc. Once the sale was made, we never heard anything again unless we called. We were told the tile we ordered in May would be in August. When we called in late August, we were told October. When we called in November, we were told the owner would call. He never did. Answers not terribly forthcoming. We are told that they have our tile, but we’ll believe it when we see it. Best to shop elsewhere.
