My name is Cameron Wagner, and I am the Service Manager at Car Smart Automotive Service. I have been in the automotive field since 1998. I started as an automotive technician and after a few years switched over to the management and customer service side of the field. Because of my mechanical background, my customers tell me I am very good at explaining vehicle problems in an easy to understand way and very knowledgeable with how a vehicle operates. I pride myself on my honesty and compassion. It is never a good time to have a vehicle break down, and our goal is to provide proper maintenance to decrease the chances of larger problems down the road. Charging an 89 year old man 200% of the actual labor and parts cost? Deplorable. If I could leave zero stars I would. This business is shady as ever. My 89 year old grandfather needed a new starter installed in his 2005 Buick Lesebre and chose to go to Car Smart Auto Repair because it was close to his house. They installed a RE-​manufactured starter (without telling him it was re-​manufactured) instead of a NEW one and charged him $ 412.26. Not knowing who else to go to, he agreed. We found out it was a complete and total scam as we stood up for my grandfather and called around to see what other mechanics were charging. They charged 200% of what it would actually cost– around $ 200.00 Don’t let me forget they also charged my grandfather service fees for old shop rags. We have the invoice. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR’E VULNERABLE IN ANY WAY– AGE OR GENDER.

They were great explained everything. through the process and kept me informed. the price they quoted me was the price I paid. I would recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I have taken his car here a couple of times, and they did not disappoint! The staff is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and quick. They were able to get us in same day for a window motor and regulator, and charged us $ 200 less than we were quoted by another company. I would definitely recommend this business!

Leaking fuel hose from the tank to the engine. Labor around $ 200, they had to order the part from Chevey $ 99. 12% Blue Friday discount! Saved me $ 30. They also have a military discount and coupons online. They fixed the car the same day the part came in. The front desk guy named kept me well informed throughout the process. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Bought boys a jeep… Found out that it needed way more work then we thought BUT got a Military discount… No BS, no run arounds just honest to God employees who know how to run a damn good business! We feel confident about them driving it now & that is priceless!

Impressed is a word I don’t use much when it comes to car service, or service in general. I tend to do, or as much as I can, work on my own vehicles. I needed some work done on my wifes car and had no time in my schedule. They were friendly, honest and straight forward, and timely in diagnosis and repair of our vehicle. Car was clean, and from start to finish, excellent service. Thank-​you, I don’t take this for granted, and I’ll be back!

Friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable staff, they really made me felt at ease with the repairs I had to make. Prices are great and very fair and most of all, their thorough analysis of the repairs I needed to make gave me such a better understanding of my vehicle’s status. Highly recommended!
