Mark S.
Business Owner
Mark, a graduate of Western Illinois University has a long history in the field of horticulture. He started in his grandfathers greenhouses in Springfield, IL as a young child.
After moving to the Phoenix area, Mark worked as the Garden Shop Manager at Montgomery Wards, Valley West Mall. After working there for a couple of years it was on to Sonora — Beardsley Nursery as a sales representative. In 1984 Mark was hired to establish a nursery for an investment company. This growing yard was later to become the original Linden Tree Nursery facility which he purchased in 1988 from the investment company.
