While on my way up to the Dells from Chicago for the weekend I got into a pretty bad accident and I was separated from my Jeep. Since I barely knew where I was yet alone where to have my Jeep towed to I did a little research and spoke with my insurance company. My insurance company related that Gates was one of their chosen auto shops so off my Jeep went along with all the stuff I had in it for the weekend.
Shannon was great she kept me updated, sent me pictures and even mailed my glasses and IPass to me.
My Jeep looks great! They even vacuumed and cleaned the in sided. The day before my accident I spilled hot coffee in my lap and they managed to get that and all the dog hair out of the seats.
I really could have not asked for better service I feel very lucky to have my Jeep landed at their shop. They made a very frustrating event a lot less stressful.
To top it off all their work is warrantied so if anything goes wrong not only will they cover it but I can get it done locally and not drive the two and half hours to have the work done.
I wish there were more shops like this closer to home!
