Greenway attempted to repair my kenmore elite dehumidifier twice. Both times they failed. When they delivered it back to me after the second attempt it was scratched and dented. It looked like it bounced around the back of the truck all day, and no it did not work. I wish they could have been up front with me and admitted they were not qualified to repair dehumidifiers so I could have called someone else instead of having Greenway destroy it. I was surprised to see the web site today while I was searching for Microwave parts. I was certain they had gone out of business.
