Extra Fun Jumpers

Ivan and his team provide a really smooth and high quality service. We rented jumpers, a photo booth, pop corn and cotton candy machines for an event on ⁶⁄₄. We have used extra Fun Jumpers before, and the equipment as always, was in good condition and clean, Delivery was on time and the delivery team were excellent and worked very hard on a day with 100 degree temperatures. I would thoroughly recommend using this company for events, and we will definitely continue to do so.

I’m so happy I found this place online to rent a water slide. The employees are very courteous and take they’re time to help. I wasn’t able to get the slide that I had in mind, but that was my fault because I went one day before my event. So they helped me chose something similar and it was so great! The prices are very reasonable and they delivered on time! So professional. Everybody loved the waterslide we had at the event. I definitely will return in the future! I thank them.

I called day before to request a bounce house for the very next day. With less than 24 hours notice, Ivan came through! I could not have been more pleased. It was delivered on time and set up with no problem. Delivery guy was pleasant and cordial. He was running late on the pick up but called in advance to let me know. Very reasonably priced, $ 85. No extra charge for next day order. I will definitely use them again!

If I could give these guys more stars I would! They provide exceptional service. They have a Huge variety of jumpers and went way out of their way for my last event. The city of Glendale decided at the last minute to throw us a curve ball but Ivan was willing to meet with the city to discuss their concerns JUST so MY party could happen. I highly recommend their business. I will be using them for all future events. I’m absolutely grateful for all their efforts !

Great company. We had a health fair at my job and I rented 5 interactive jumpers from them. They were on time, quick to set up, and picked up the jumpers at the agreed upon time. I would rent from them again.

We rented a jumper from here only because they had one with monsters on it. They delivered it when they said they would and picked it up when promised… I highly recommend them and will use them again.

VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE & customer service!!! Late delivery — supposed to deliver the jumper, tables/​chairs, etc. at 11am, they came past 12 noon. Late pick up — 7pm pick up turned out to be 8:54pm. We were sitting in the dark at the park, freezing cold, approached by the park police four times because the park was way past closed. When we called the people who were going to pick up the items, the idiot women hung up the phone on us, twice! She was the one who was upset because they were an hour late??? Told us they’ll be at the park in «20 minutes,» but it was actually an hour! Aside from this, they even forgot to deliver the games that came with our package. I WILL NEVER EVER use this company again!!! GOOD LUCK if you want their service!!!

I will NEVER rent from them again. It felt like every time I talked to them it was an argument. I spoke to Mark at first which he was lovely then I spoke with Ivan and that was a terror to say the least. Rude and always would say he did t remember our previous convo etc and seemed to blame it on me that I directly didn’t tell him that I had told mark. What? I made the reservation and confirmed with Ivan. It was a mess. The delivery men were great. Unfortunately it started to rain and I had called Ivan to beg for another pop up that I was willing to pay whatever it took and I wud pick it up and he was like no we don’t do that sorry. Umm really way to help us out. Then I asked hi if I shud turn the bouncer off bc the generator was getting wet and he was like its up to u. Really? Well thankfully the 65 people I had there with their kids all heard never to rent from them. It was my bad since Burbank only had about 4 jumper companies u cud pick from and I choose bad. Any fellow teachers or mommies out there go with another jumper company plz!

This company is okay. I’ve used them three times already and Martin who is, I’m guessing, the Manager is always nice and also the workers.
Pros:
1. They do deliver on-​time.
2. They are a little cheaper than others.
Cons:
1. They don’t pick their equipments on time. I’m giving them the excuse that maybe they have other pick-​ups that they have to do as well.
2. You can NEVER get a hold of them during weekends in case you need to call them. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to get a call back from them.

I had a very positive experience with this company… my boss asked me to book a jumper for her son’s 8^th birthday party and he had chosen a specific jumper he really wanted on another company’s website. I tried to book with them but first, they didn’t have the jumper available on the day we wanted and then when I was even willing to switch the day, they wouldn’t deliver to our area even though on the website it said our area was included in their delivery locations. Frustrated, I searched other companies and found Extra Fun Jumpers. On their site, I saw that they had the EXACT same jumper for even less! Plus, they had a Sunday special! I called them right away, hoping it was still available. I spoke to Ivan on the phone and he was great– the jumper was available, no problem delivering to our area, etc. The whole transaction was quick and hassle-​free. They delivered the jumper on time the day of the party, set it up quickly, and it was wonderful! I appreciate the ease with which you can place orders, the prices compared to their competitors, and the quality of what we got.

I was very pleased with this company. I had never used them before, but for my son’s 7^th birthday party we ordered the extra fun 5 in 1 combo jumper, a canopy, chairs and tables. I was helped by Carlos and they came right on time and set up everything just the way we wanted it to be. We even called and asked if they could do a late pickup and they said they would do that for no charge, they came later on and packed up and cleaned everything. Their prices are also cheap compared to other companies. My wife and I recommend this company to all of our friends.

I was a bit nervous about the reliability of different bounce house companies after reading a bunch of reviews online, but I gave Extra Fun Jumpers a try! I worked directly with Ivan and he took care of us! I planned to call him the day before the event to confirm delivery for the next day, but he beat me to it. At 8:30AM, he called to confirm the exact jumper we wanted would be delivered the next morning! We were off to a good start. The next morning, the team arrived two minutes early and had it up and running within a few minutes. It was super clean – and we’re very picky!!! We were so incredibly pleased. We would definitely stick with Extra Fun Jumpers in the future for all of our special events.

This company is amazing. They are very loving and helpful. They make all my parties very rememberable. They have great prices and a variety of amazing jumpers. Very clean, always on time. The owners are very sweet. I have no idea what this Preston guy is talking about, but I have never received this kind of treatment from this company ever! and i mean ever, therefore his comment has no validation.

My Family and I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company yesterday. The generator we rented died 2 hrs ahead of time causing the bounce to deflate on 13 toddler/​children. Luckily there were enough adults around to hold up the bounce and get the children out, people around at the time were also nice enough to give us there contact information. I will be starting a petition to have this company removed from the parks and recreation list. We called 6 times after that and were not able to get ahold of anybody from this company until 5 mins before pick up. Ivan the owner of the company had the audacity to have an attitude with both me and my wife. The female driver (didn’t catch her name) yelled at both me and my wife informing me that she did not represent the company. I have had to cancel my credit card as they refused to give me a full refund. I will never use this company again nor would I ever recommend it to any family member/​friend, in fact, I strongly discourage you from going with this bounce company. i don’t usually write a a review with a company even if the service was less than satisfactory, however, this company, its owner, its workers, and the equipment were all so below my family’s expectations that I felt obligated to warn you against this company. Lastly I received a call back this morning from Ivan threatening me that unless I paid half price he would «make this personal» to which I say GOOD LUCK!

Mark is very accommodating and always follows up!
They follow all protocols to assure everyone is protected. I was not able to procure a park permit in time and Mark was more than understanding and followed through the whole process.
I have no doubt that it would have been a great experience, but I was not able to obtain a jumper, hence the 3 stars.
Next time I have a party, I will make sure to follow all protocols and then I can give them the a full review!

We ordered the 4 in one combo bouncer/​water slide with splash pool. My son’s party was a fantastic success and the water slide/​jumper was the hit of the party! All the kids had a blast and were on it from the time the party started at 11 till it wound down around 4pm. We received a confirmation call 3 days prior, the night before they called to ask if they could deliver it an hour early due to their busy line up the next day, they delivered and set up in about 15 minutes, and my son was already hitting the slide before the water was even hooked up, they didn’t pick it up till noon the next day (we were notified beforehand) and all at no extra charge. Courteous and professional, the bouncer/​water slide was worth every penny spent! I would DEFINITELY recommend and order from them again next time!
