FlashingBlinkyLights (FBL) is located in Sun Valley, CA in the San Fernando Valley/​Los Angeles area. Our warehouse and showroom are 25 minutes from downtown LA, and we’re neighbors of Burbank and North Hollywood. Much like our customers, we too have been retailing light up stuff for years, traveling to county fairs and such, so we know what our customers want. We strive for the best quality and totally unique products. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority at FBL. was not totally happy this time but I WILL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I DO LOVE THEIR SELECTION-​always a crowd pleaser! great prices. good delivery time usually.
i am a repeat customer. last holiday season I ordered blinking turkeys for a vendor table giveaway at an event. all the turkeys did blink correctly last year and I guess I had time to check every one (i think i ordered 100 or 120) and they mailed me more. HOWEVER, THIS YEAR I do not have the time to check 150 blinking pins and after finding 6 out of 25 Christmas trees DEFECTIVE, I THOUGHT I would call the company and they would quickly fix the situation and send me 13 more. BUT the COMPANY said they would ONLY REPLACE exactly the number defective and are EXPECTING me to CHECK every one! I ordered 150 items!
they have great products. and if you have TIME to CHECK EVERYTHING, you are fine. or just ORDER EXTRA and u will be fine. Their answer to my problem was, «maybe you have someone in the office that can do it.» !! well, I do not. it will be me who opens each individual plastic wrapped piece, and tests each blinking mechanism, and then puts it BACK into its bag.
in the end, there were 13 trees that needed to be replaced, as i told them statistically there would be. they did replace them in a timely fashion.
GREAT items! i recommend you buy WELL IN ADVANCE, and/​or BUY EXTRA QUANTITY and know that you might be sending some back.

bought a bunch of stuff from this place. really crap quality and bad communication from their customer service department — there is no customer care at their customer service. they only care about your money and will sell you stuff you dont want and then tell you you cannot exchangr it. will not be doinf busyiness with them anymore, wasted a good 2.5k on their crappy merchandise that broke or wasnt waterproof when they claimed it was…

I was skeptical of all the companies out there selling «glow» items. But, because I was running short on time, I needed a company I could identify was at least in the same state (California) as me. I ordered both glow necklaces and bracelets for a graduation party from Flashing Blinky Lights for their cost and location.
Well my order arrived in a timely manner, but was not right. :-(
A quick couple of emails later, and FBL made it right.
They didn’t require me to do a bunch of cartwheels to get the right products, and made the effort to make sure the balance of my order was correct before sending out the correction.
ANY company can make an error — how they handle it means the world to me!

Great customer service! Speedy delivery and tracking info. I ordered souvenirs for our Disney trip because I am too cheap to buy them at Disney. I didn’t check the merchandise because I didn’t need it for a few months. I finally did and one of the minnie ears didn’t light up so I placed another order, thinking that one out of five isn’t bad for the price. However, I called and was given a refund. You rock, Adrianna! Even though the orders I placed were only around 50 bucks each, I felt like you guys cared to keep me as a customer and I appreciate it!

I would give a 0 if I could. Ordered cute blinking devil horns for my sister-in-law’s bachelorette — full week plus in advance. Got an e-​mail confirming mailing the same day — even spoke to the owner by phone — they never came. Got an e-​mail the day after they were supposed to arrive saying it was «processing». No attempt to overnight them — lame excuse for why they didn’t get sent — they «dropped the ball — uh, sorry». Buy your stuff elsewhere if you actually want to get it!

On 11÷21÷14 I ordered the flashing «open» sign for my business. Received it approximately 11/​28, without a power cord. It also appeared that one of the chains was missing. (Was advised later that the part list was wrong and the light only required one chain. However there was no picture or diagram of the light to show this. We actually did look for this before we requested the 2nd chain.) I requested a new light, as it appeared that this might be a spare parts box, and thinking possibly something else could be wrong if that was the case. I was told I would have to return the first item and they would have to receive it in the warehouse before they would ship another light. Since the problem obviously did not originate with me, I found this hard to swallow. However, I was assured that this was not a spare parts box and the missing items would be shipped to me post haste. So, finally on Friday 12⁄5 I received the missing parts. Yesterday, Sunday, we put the light together and hung it, pleased, excited and with great anticipation, and — -it would not flash. After speaking to Donna this a.m., who is now an expert on the workings of this light, we were told how to set the light for it to flash. Low and behold we now have a flashing blinky open sign that we are now delighted with.

She might as well have been working at Nordstroms because that is the type of quality service that she provided for me today!!! Very reasonable prices!!! Well, apparently they WERE listening. Shortly after I wrote my review on Flashing Blinky Lights, I got an email offering to make things right. I responded with a lengthy letter outlining my concerns. The next day I received a call from Donna, a senior person at the company. She spent a ridiculous amount of time talking with me about all my concerns. That impressed me, and by the time we ended our conversation, she had more than demonstrated a desire to address my concerns and bent over backward to keep me as a customer. This, I was not expecting. Bottom line is, I plan to revive my relationship with FBL. I believe they genuinely care about providing good service, quality products, at competitive pricing. In return, I told them I would update my review by stating this and will continue to update here as our new relationship progresses. I’m feeling a lot better about FBL than I did a few days ago and am hopeful that I will continue to as time goes on. I’ve always been a small customer of theirs, but they treated me like a blue ribbon account today and that meant a lot to me. They DO listen. And then some! I will update again in a few months, but for now I am pleased with their sincerity and desire to keep me as a customer. Thank you.

If you want to get the party started. start here! They have everything that you could possibly need to decorate. from flashing serving trays to everything almost under the sun. Prices are inexpensive and if you buy in bulk you will save even more. I love the dog items that they carry. collars, leashes and tags so your little or big dog will be well lit up!

Great party gear! If you want to kick up your event you have to check out this place. I got the lighted pilsner glasses and a ton of other little things for a beer festival. The glasses were a hit!
