He came out and made it all right. Did a great job on our dog and we’ll be inviting him back.

I wish I could actually leave a real review. But they never showed up or called. We had them scheduled. Jeff even called us in the morning to confirm and schedule earlier which we liked and then we never heard from them again and they were a no show. Still have not heard a thing. Terrible.

When I first called to set up services with this company, I had just rescued a dog and was frantic to find a walker so she wasn’t stuck in the house for close to 11 hours a day. I called and spoke with Jeff who said he would be by to meet with me the next day. He never called again or showed up. My mom then contacted them via their website that following week for grooming services. When he contacted her to set up an appointment she stated she would like to hire him but not till he returns my call for walking first. He then calls me a week later and sets up a time for his walker to come to my house to meet me and my dog. The meeting goes great and at first I am very pleased. After a few weeks I notice the walker not actually showing up. I have cameras in my house and was able to see when she came to pick up my dog. I contacted Jeff to inquire about when the walker would be there that day letting him know that if there are times that she can’t make it that is fine but I just need to know so I don’t make any appts for after work and I go straight home. After stating she had already been there I explained that she had not as I was able to monitor on my camera system. Within 20 mins I see her show up to take my dog for her walk. That was the only time I had every had any concerns with that walker. Not long later the regular walker had something happen and was taking time off from work for a while so Jeff called me to let me know he would be doing my dogs walks for a while. It wasn’t long after that I started to see my dog was not being walked at all and he was now having some stranger who I had never met come in to my home to walk my dog. I was not at all comfortable with him having a stranger go into my house without telling me first or at least setting up a time for me to meet this person. Then over a week goes by where there were no visits at all. I contacted Jeff to confirm the walking was still set up to continue and he assured me that yes it was and that my dog would be walked that day. I wasn’t feeling confident with my appt I had scheduled after work that last day so I texted Jeff to confirm again that my dog would be getting walked because she had not been picked up yet and it it was already mid afternoon and a couple hours late. I received no answer from him. So I cancelled my appt after work for my car and went straight home to see that my dog’s bladder was again about to burst and spend several straight minutes relieving herself when we got outside. I then emailed a written request to Jeff/​In & Out Pet that I wanted to cancel my services with them immediately due to them not being reliable and requested that they send me a final bill for the days that were ACTUALLY RENDERED. They did finally send me a bill for the days they did not actually come walk my dog. I had to respond and request they correct the bill because those days they charged me for were not serviced and that was the problem in the first place.
In the months that I was going through this with my dog my mother was still waiting and being stood up on several appt by In & Out Pet for her grooming and pet walking meetings. I had spent several weeks making excuses for them and asking my mom to be patient because i’m sure they would make good on it. Yet still they stood her and her dog up for days in a row. I would never recommend this company. They are clearly very disorganized and not responsible. I don’t feel at all comfortable trusting them with my animals lives when they can’t keep their words or let me know when they are having strangers go in my house and taking my animals out. That should never be ok. All he needed to do was tell me what was going on first with a new walker and I probably would have been ok with it.

First, let me start out by saying I wish I had the option to select a lower star ranking to be completely frank.
My husband and I hired this company to come service and dispose of our dog waste once a week. The first few weeks were okay. They would come service on Friday afternoon and I would still find myself picking up old left over’s that were missed Saturday mornings before I ran the mower around. Let me be clear, the stuff I picked up was not ‘fresh’ and definitely old. No big deal at first and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Eventually it became an every week thing. I feel that if I’m paying a company to do something, the end result should be to satisfaction and not 80%.
My husband and I decided that since we’re already picking up what remnants were left from the day before, that we would just cancel our services with this company and continue picking up droppings ourselves. We have since made NUMEROUS of phone calls regarding the cancellation request and we have not heard anything back. From anyone. Yet, we continued to have un-​satisfactory service and we were continuously invoiced for the services that we didn’t want and services that we have tried on several occasions to cancel. I made one last attempt at calling on 08÷21÷15 and ended up in the same position we had been in; nowhere. Moments after I hung up, I finally sent a firm email to the address provided on the invoice and no more than 5 minutes later, we received a phone call from the exact phone number we had repeatedly called. The gentleman on the other line was Jeff and he claimed that he had never received any missed calls or voicemails from us. We further explained our validated frustration to Jeff and he then explained that since he was on his way out of town he would address the situation when he returned in a few days. It is now 09÷02÷15 and to date we have not received that follow up phone call, we have been invoiced yet again and on top of that, we’ve been hit with a late fee. We have YET AGAIN tried to call last night and no return phone call.
I have never been frustrated enough with a company that I have had to write a review, but this situation has driven me to this level. I will make it known and I will make it a point to tell those around me (social media included) that this has been the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time and I would NOT recommend this company for this type of service or any other type of service; ever.

I booked the appointment on their website and Jeff showed up on time. He groomed my very old and grumpy Cocker Spaniel quickly and did a good job. Especially considering the dog is always difficult to work with; so much so I have had other groomers and even vets refuse to work with him. I would use Jeff’s services again without hesitation.

Fantastic service my doggie looked so pretty when Jeff finished! So convenient to book appointment just shows up in his grooming van and 20 minutes later your doggie looks pretty. you dont have to drive anywhere just give your doggie to groomer and pay! Thats it. love service thanks Jeff for taking care of my little doggie.

Jeff came on time to my home in a remote North Valley area. He clearly loves dogs and my dogs picked up on that. I have three very different dogs each with its own unique personality. They are all seniors. The 12 year old corgi mix, who is used to grooming,
is a double coated fluff Pem corgi mix.. She got the trim she needed to roam around in the sagebrush and not bring in unwanted passengers. With that coat, it was a relief that he could give her a great bath with full rinse. My fifteen-​year-​old short-​haired corgi mix was very tolerant of his bath; Jeff passed the ‘ok dude’ test. My crazy sixteen-​year-​old gal, a mostly feral pom mix (coyote?), was a challenge as she is not too fond of other people and hates baths. Jeff handled her moaning and frantic attitude with understanding and love, while efficiently getting the job done, right down to her nails. I believe most other groomers would have simply said, no, we can’t handle this crazy one.
