I’ve been coming to Primo Auto Glass for almost 10 years now and have never been let down. From new or used windshields, windows or repairs with the electronics, they always get it done same day within hours and to top it off with the lowest prices anywhere!

Took my car in to get my regulator replaced. Gilbert and his crew did an excellent job! Definitely recommend this auto glass repair place to anyone who needs windshield or regulator repair done! Thank you Gilbert for your excellent customer service!

Replaced my windshield for the agreed upon price and did a nice job.
Started the job right away and did it while I waited.
Some of the shop workers don’t speak English and don’t interact with the customers. Not at all unusual at these type of places. You just need to find the Boss and they’ll take care of you.

Came in because my window was not going up on my 03 Toyota corolla. First guy checked my switch found it was good and said that it might be the motor. The second guy double checked everything and adjusted some things and my window started working again. I was excited and so I took them up on the offer of also cleaning my foggy light. Great service and cheaper than I thought it was going to be.

Installed an suv window for me in 40 min. Great job, nice people!

I walked in to get a windshield replaced, spoke to one of the workers and was out there in like 40 min. Will definitely recommend them. Workers were cool and service was quick and a great price!

Very unorganized. It was difficult to find a worker to help me. Had to walk into their working area to find a worker. I asked how much it would cost to replace my windshield and he told me $ 195! I immediately knew it was a rip off! I walked away saying that that’s too much and that I’ve read online that he was giving cheaper prices and he bumped it down to $ 140. I still didn’t get my service here due to the unorganized work and unfair prices. I will just have to find some place else. I do not recommend.

Came here once. Never again!
Service was bad. I had to walk in all the way inside just to find someone to talk to, and when I did he didn’t say much just pointed to the office (no one was inside). When I did find someone I asked for a quote and he told me $ 65 (reasonable) but it would take 3 hours. So I went a little down the street (Pendalton) and they charged me the same price with faster and great service.

Great price, great customer service, great job. They even recommended to fix my headlights. I call several places for prices and trust me this place was the best!!! Thank you so much… I will recommend this place to my family and friends…

Great price, speedy fix! I called in today to have my Tacoma windshield replaced. They ordered one, had it delivered, and had it installed in about an hour. I brought some new windshield wipers with me to replace the old ones, and they offered to put them on for me. $ 120 total. He even looked up and referred me to a nearby salvage yard for a tail light that I needed. Great customer service!

They took me in last second right before they were about to close shop. 20 min later I got a new windshield! $ 120, u can’t beat that price. Great service

I went to Primo Auto Glass on Sunday because a big rig truck kicked up a rock on the freeway and just destroyed my front windshield. I gave them a call and got an estimate of the phone and was a great price in my opinion for a replacement. I made an appointment and was in n out of there in less then an hour. The people are nice and answered all my questions and my windshield looks great. Good price, no hassles and get the job done fast.

I was in the area when i got a chip in my windshield. They had an opening and fixed the chip in 45 min. The location was conveniently off the freeway and everyone was super helpful. They even took my insurance. A+

It’s unfortunate for those that had a bad experience here because Primo did a good efficient job at replacing my window and i’d come back.
I had a unexpected crack on my windshield window and wanted to replace it pronto. I called various repair shops and Primo answered all my questions professionally and quickly. They even gave me quotes over the phone and gave me choices on what type of windows I could choose from. The guy wasn’t one of those shady salesman and was honest about the quality and the durability of the brands. He didn’t even bash on the cheaper one and didnt pressure me to go for the more expensive one. He even insisted that its okay to get the cheaper one.
Primo prices were also unbelievably cheap. All the other places I’ve called were $ 200 to $ 300 more and you’d have to RSVP for a time and stuff. I was able to replace my Prius 2011 windshield for as low as $ 150 + tax (aftermarket window… But whatever).
Since I was in a hurry to just replace the window because I was annoyed with the crack, I asked them if it was okay if I came in at 4:30 (they close at 5) the same day that I called. He said okay and BAM they did it within 45 minutes. (They were pretty busy too!)
There were not dents or scratches on my car nor did I find anything broken inside.
There was a small sitting area outside where I waited. I think it’s a bench for workers to take their breaks, so I suggest to bring a book or a charged up phone.
I had to leave this hideous blue painting tape on my window for two days, but everything is back to normal. I can lay off the chill pills and have a peace of mind.

I called Primo Auto Glass yesterday morning after I knocked out my wifes back glass on her Lexus SUV. That was not a fun call! Anyway, one of my business associates recommended I call Primo as they just had a good experience with a windshield replacement. I called and JR said he would get some numbers and call me back. In the mean time, I called 4 other shops between Santa Clarita and San Fernando valley. The quotes I got were ridiculous and all over the board. One guy even told me to give him lowest bid to see if he could beat it. I said thats not how it works and he said good luck, click! I wanted to do it within 4 hrs and so I called back and JR had the price which was 30% lower and he said come on down, half hour to hour. We rolled in, he kept his promise, and off we went. Thanks for making a disaster not so painful!!!

So i come here thinkin its a great place to get my regulators for my passanger &driver side windows. Wow! I was completly wrong left the place two days later one of the windows regulators unbelievably breaks again waited TEN DAYS to get a call on a monday that it ready I come in & nope its not ready im soo pist at this time the. next day I get a call that it ready this time nolie woww. I will never come back to this place. It might be cheap but not worth. all the. trouble & waiting. Rather pay full price & get good service

The guys at Primo are friendly (not creepy is always appreciated!) and have the best prices around for auto glass replacement. That being said, their specialty is auto glass replacement, so in the future I will get my glass replaced here and take my mechanical problems elsewhere…

Good service, good price and decent tacos next door. I am satisfied!
