I am so happy with the service they provided me with my bathtub is no longer a swimming pool when I shower thank you so much and the tech that came out to do the job Jaime has great customer service

I’ve used Rooter Hero a few times on projects around my house and have found that they do good work. Most recently I have been working with Alex from the San Fernando office and he has been great. Very responsive, hard working and considerate. I’ll certainly be requesting him again when another thing goes wrong!

After calling about 3 – 4 other plumbers, I finally got someone from Rooter Hero to come to my apartment. Alejandro was amazing. He knew what was wrong with my clogged faucet right away and fixed it fast. I will definitely be calling them for my future needs.

Sorry that Rooter Hero was not able to clear the clogged bathroom shower last August 25, 2015 in North El Monte, CA but the representative was very courteous and tried but was not able to clear the clogged and he did not charge us too and his companion promised that they will not charge us. The next day we hired another plumber from another company and the clogged was done in no time.

If I could give this company no stars, I would gladly do so. The company cancelled on me twice with very lame excuses such as «my supervisor had a family emergency» and «my supervisor had an emergency». On the third time, the supervisor did come out. However it was the biggest waste of my time. He wanted to charge me $ 4000 dollars, yes you read it right, 4000 dollars to install a water softerner unit that I already purchased from online. Apparently the job was only supposed to be around $ 300 – 500. STAY AWAY. You’re warned!!! FYI, the supervisor name was Mike.

Terrible business. They are unethical and caused more damage than they fixed and refused to resolve the issues or give me any sort of refund.

Yeah, they do show up and look at your plumbing issues for only less than 5 minutes. If they see that its not profitable on their visit, they never come back. The company never does any followup call. As expected, plumbers are along side A/​C, auto mechanics, used car salesmen, and lawyers. I wouldn’t call these guys even if you paid me $ 69.

Had some plumbing problems last weekend. Sal and Ceasar came out from Rooter Hero when they said they would. Ended up having a tree root growing through my sewer line. They did what they said they were going to do for less than they said it would be. Clean, courteous and professional. Thank you, Rooter Hero.

When you call Rooter Hero you’ll hear a recording telling you that their service people will be neat and your satisfaction is very important to them. Here’s how it really is:
Rooter Hero replaced a broken main drain at my house. They told me the job would be done in 3 days and it took 7 days due to disorganization and lack of planning. A 3^rd party contractor finally completed the job but only after begging (I stood by as they called) for the supplies to be delivered.
But it get’s worse. My insurance needed a cost breakdown to give me compensation for the work. The plumber said he sent the breakdown and I paid with my credit card the same day. I found out the next day that he didn’t.
Over the next three weeks I asked for the breakdown and
was repeatedly lied to by Rooter Hero’s Service Manager. He basically refused to do 15 minutes of paperwork after I paid them $ 7500. I finally had to dispute my payment with the credit card company and contacted Rooter Hero’s president directly.
They finally sent a someone by who quickly finished the paperwork. Is this the customer service you expect? You’ve been warned…
