I bought a Mercedes from this company it’s a good car. I came here and there were a bunch of cars nice employees. The only annoying part was the wait to buy the car and the drive to this place. It is in a pretty random place but the price of the cars is pretty good and nice cars.

This place sells junk cars and doesn’t honor the warranty. You will be spending thousands of dollars getting the repairs done at another location!
Called up there about a car I wanted and they said they have it. I make a super long drive down there and they don’t have it but they happen to have the same car in a different color that costs $ 2000 more than the one I saw. The car is also priced something like 5000 above the blue book value because of some rims that they put on it that I don’t even like.
I buy the car because I feel I can not get financed anywhere else. I look over and see someone else filling out the paperwork to buy a car he looks as sad and defeated as I feel. I look around see more people and realize that the rest of the people look angry and sad too and realize that the other people in there are actually not there to buy a car, they are there to get their car serviced because there is a bunch of serious stuff wrong with their car.
After I bought it I found out it has a huge list of problems including brakes, power steering, air shocks system, bent rim, ac, window motor, etc. oh and be careful if you have nice clothes because they put what appears to be tan shoe polish on the seats and carpets to hide the damage and stains and the stuff comes off on your clothes.
So I take it into the service dept to Eddie and he says no problem he will fix it because it is still under warranty. He says he fixed everything but when I begin driving home I realize the only thing fixed was the window and bent rim. All of the internal issues were not fixed. So he says bring it back. Keep in mind, I live over 3 hours away so I have to turn around on the freeway and take it back right now. I sit for hours and he said he really fixed it this time. Well when I get home my brakes are still grinding and my ac stops working again. so I take it to a mechanic near my home and they tell me that NOTHING was fixed! Wtf.
So statewide does give you a «warranty» but that just means that they will hold your car in their service center for a few hours, do nothing and then give it back to you and tell you they fixed it.
Try to talk to the guy who sold you the car and tell him what’s going on and he pretends to have no power to help you. He says he will tell the owner of the dealership about it but it’s pretty obvious that he is the owner just trying to avoid taking any responsibility for what is going on.
People who buy a car here know that they are basically selling their soul to the devil. But they feel they have no choice but to shop here if they have bad credit. Please do your self a favor and just take the steps to repair your credit, get a cheaper car somewhere else or find a co-​signer, save up and pay cash from a reputable place but trust me do not put yourself through the nightmare of buying a car here! This has to be illegal.

Let me start by saying at this point this place doesn’t even deserve one star. I got the car year ago and let me tell you how much money I have spent on this dumbass car ! it’s a straight lemon.
You can’t trust any of the people that work there they all give you bullshit and run around stories. They act like they know what they’re talking about.
They put old parts on your car the car is basically an auction part car and they fix it on their own terms with their own parts in their own service yard which makes no sense to me at all.
Here’s another big red flag, they have their own in-​house financing which makes no damn sense at all because you can never get a hold of finance to talk to them and they’re rude as fuck. Every time I call them and ask them about payments and what not they can’t tell me any accurate information but they can sure take money away from you in a flash but they can’t service you or tell you anything that remotely has anything good to do with your car other than «give me your money».
I can upload literally a stack of over 50 different services that I have done on this car in the last year amounting to thousands of dollars and yet I’m still paying for this piece of shit car this dumbass Mercedes that has no ranking of a Mercedes is more like a bucket Toyota and Toyotas are better than this Mercedes car I’ve never been in such a shitty Mercedes in my life!!!
Basically no one tells you that they pray on people without license or financial proof until afterwords !!!
There’s people saying you shouldn’t buy a car from here but before that everybody’s nice and smiling and telling you that the car is good! soon as you sign your name on the dotted line, you fucked up!
I can say that Eddie has been helpful in some situations as far as car services but they only do as much as they want to do the fact the matter is I have spent thousands of dollars on this car for aftermarket parts and bullshit and I literally keep getting leaks of oil and coolant in my AC doesn’t work my seats doesn’t work they don’t go forward or backwards or up or down is just too many fucking problems every time I hit the slightest bump I feel like I have whiplash and I should wear a neck brace! At first it was OK car literally at first like the first week and then I had to take it back SMH
And get this THEY sold me the car wITHOUT a SMOG! I had to try to get a smog on that car seven times until I finally pay for it out of my own pocket in my own city in which I live three hours away and I have to keep coming back to deal with them! all this inconvenience and they don’t pay for shit not towing or anything everything comes out of my pocket!
So today I call and ask them why it’s the 4^th of the month and they haven’t taken my payment from the 1^st of the month? Let me tell you these people get so fucking mad they had me on the phone for an hour transferring me around to give me a stupid ass answer that it’s their
«prerogative» when they take the money out! I was so shocked by the word prerogative coming out of that woman’s mouth that I had to tell her that that’s not a good choice of words when you run a company and having a business you don’t take peoples money at their «prerogative» it makes no fucking sense!
Honestly I feel like I should record some of these conversations because these people are very unprofessional very uneducated and they don’t care they just take your money, they do their job (BARELY) and I don’t know how they sleep at night.
I can’t believe the woman had the nerve to tell me to contact the repo people because of that ONE payment THEY didn’t take! it is all because of them and their stupid ass system & their «prerogative» to take money when they feel!
I am just another pissed off customer in which this little review won’t make a dent in the sea of people who are pissed off! BUT at least they will know that they keep consistently putting out bullshit cars consistently fucking people over and consistently lying to the customers and their way of doing things honestly is so illegal at this point I don’t know how the running I just don’t know how they’re operating they must have their own lawyers too!
And I mean this from the bottom on my heart this is the worst part is I’ve ever purchased in my life I mean goddamn I rather pay my tickets get my license and go to a real lot with real cars before I ever ever ever purchased a car from StateWide cars they are wack weak disgusting business and they don’t care about the customers !
They only really care about taking your money in which they take 22% interest rate is ridiculous it doesn’t make any sense these cars aren’t even worth one cent!
I can go on and on all day about all the discrepancies and things that went wrong with these people and the only thing that went right is the fact that I got to see what type of people are and I know I will never buy another car from them again good luck to those to keep buying
BE AWARE-​get a LAWYER!

just got a cl 55 and I’m very happy with how it runs the car has pretty good mileage about 33,000 and runs very well. for the mileage it was a great price and I would definitely buy another car from then. the employees were really nice and patient. the only negative for me was that they were kind of far for me but they offered to pay for my ride here. great place! will come back.

Went to statewide last week and got a glk. I am absolutely in love with my car. I don’t have great credit right now because I am a student and it has been really hard for me to get around with the bus as my only way for transportation. Statewide financed me even though I have a lot of student loans and I am beyond thankful that I found this placed. There was lots of cars most were bmw and Mercedes with a few Toyota Range Rover here and there which made it so hard to choose. But I left with a glk and it was the best decision I’ve made. It runs great.

This is my second time purchasing a car from Statewide. My first time I purchased a Mercedes, the buying experience was positive, hassle free and allowing you to find the car that perfectly fits you makes the experience enjoyable and fun. Being that I had my Mercedes till the end of my term with never an issue with the car or customer service, I came back to purchase my second vehicle, a BMW. I must say, it is fun to switch between the German brands and get a feel of each of them. Well, while the process of getting the Bimmer, I was torn between the 6 Series and 1 Series. With the help of my companion and Sam I went with the more practical 1 Series. And I absolutely love it. From the test drive to the ride home and so on. And just as I remember before, my experience was just as great as the first time and it feels good to be remembered and acknowledged as a repeat customer.
I do plan on going back to Statewide and purchase another vehicle. I might end up with another Benz since it was my favorite and more of my style. I’ll be giving Sam a call, he works wonders on helping you get what you want and couldn’t ask for better communication. It’s the service, quality and their warranty program the brings me back. We all know, the Germans can make their cars pretty costly to repair but with Statewide going half, it makes it easy (Knocking on wood), I’ve never encountered an issue. They get my seal of approval. I came to statewide a few weeks ago and bought a six series bmw. The best choice i ever made was to come here because i literally couldn’t afford a luxury car anywhere else. I was skeptical about going here because of the bad reviews and because they’re used but I’ve had my car for almost a month and like my car so much that I’m writing this review. They had a lot of cars which were mostly bmw and Mercedes and it made it easier for me since i wanted a bmw.

Statewide had made me change my mind about used cars. When I bought my first used car (not from statewide) I had the worst experience. I got a used ford and it was super expensive. The car broke down at least 10 times in the one year that I had it. I thought I would never get a used car again, and never did I think I would get a Mercedez!!! I came to statewide and got an s500! I’ve had my car for about 3 months with no problems! Thank you statewide.

If you’re looking for SAM, Sam doesn’t exist. «Sam is always fucking up» — the finance old man who is really Sam.
Everyone who works at statewide is under the same used up script and are clue less when you need answers.
They’ll always tell you the car you came to purchase was sold «this morning» but it’s actually sitting in the lot under a different stock number.
You’ll never receive your license plates unless you pay statewide. $ 140? Some bullshit.
They are «always busy» so they’ll give you a call back that you’ll never receive.
they’re not reporting the car note correctly.
And the same dumb bitch keeps answering the phone.

I called to purchase a car I saw online. Spoke with Sam. We went back and forth for 2 days and then I flew down to purchase. He had me get a cashiers check and told me to call when I landed. When I got there THERE WAS NO SAM AND NO CAR. I ended up having to catch an über back to the airport wasting 500 dollars in airfare because I was lied to. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHADY PEOPLE

LIARS!!! I flew in from Sacramento to get a Benz that was on the website. I called before to see if the car was in fact there and the guy Sam said yes it was and he would pick me up from the airport. When I got to airport and called Sam… he was no longer at the dealership and sent someone else and he couldn’t even tell me what car he was in but I waited in front and a young man came took me to the lot where I was supposed to wait for a person who was supposed to help me. A man came and showed me a car that was the same price but not the same model I originally came for. After trying to up sell me into a higher car with a higher down payment I finally said no and left. THEY TOLD ME THEY SOLD THE CAR THIS MORNING. So I just left and caught a über back to the airport. I hope this saves anyone who goes out of their way to get a new car from them. They do not deserve your business.

I purchase my first car EVER! It was a bit of a drive, but TOTALLY worth it! I’m a student but I don’t have credit, yet they were still able to finance me. David gave me a really good price on the car and explained everything to me and felt really comfotable. I ironically came in to buy a mini Cooper but ended up getting a BMW. I never thought I could ever afford one. Plus, super reasonable price! I also like how it comes with a warranty, made me super comdortable. So far so good! Thumbs up! This was 2 months ago

I purchased my brand-​new car from statewide auto sale and I’m so happy with it. I came there yesterday and I looked around and found the car that I liked. So I came back today and I purchased it. The finance process was very easy. Sam was very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to other people. They are very friendly and helpful. Im in love with my new car im happy that I went there to buy my car.

I purchased two vehicles from Statewide. I had a really great experience. I worked with Sam. He talked to me over the phone, had someone pick me up from the airport and once I arrived at the lot the car was ready for me already washed and cleaned. There were no hidden agendas. They gave me the Carfax and told me if there were any issues to contact their mechanic. I don’t know what other reviews are on here but I would definitely come back for another car.

Got an amazing 7 series bmw! Best decision ive ever made coming here i got the best at an affordable price. David the salesman is amazing and was really patient with my indecisiveness

I purchased a car from Statewide last month and I have been very happy with it. I traded in my old Toyota Camry and they gave me credit towards the down payment of my new Mercedes CLS. The car runs like a dream. So far so good.

I bought a BMW from Statewide a few months, I had a wonderful experience. I will admit, I was a little hesistant about the whole thing (especially after reading the negative reviews) but they were truly fantastic. I told them what I was looking for and they showed me cars that were available within my budget. They made car buying easy and painless. I’m so glad I came here I will definitely be receommending Statewide to my friends and family when they need a car.

Wish that I could give 0 stars! Listen to the other reviewers! Buyer Beware! Just as they did some of the others here, they lured me here thinking that they had a really well priced Mercedes C300. I über there and I tell them that I had spoken to Sam, their sales rep, over the phone and he told me that it was there and ready to go. What I learn from them is that the vehicle is NOT at the lot, but has been gone for days now due to a transmission problem so they are currently fixing that problem and will bring it back at a higher price. By the way, not ONCE did this Sam character appear. Who is this ghost SAM who lures buyers in with false promises?! The salesmen all seem slimy and tricky.

I just purchased my new Bmw from this place!!! Im sooo excited i want to tell the world about this place. I dont have the best credit but they didnt care. Cant believe how easy the process has been. Would definitely recommend coming and checking this place out. Not the nicest lot but for sure real nice luxury card for decent prices. Thanks Sam and Dave!!!

Fuck statewide they are a bunch of scam artists they repoed my truck would not allow me to make my past due payments and the repo fees to get my vehicle back Alicia David Eddie all are a bunch of scam artist!!! Buyers beware they will fuck you out of your money would not recommend anyone to purchase from these crooks reported them to BBB for breach of contract I hope the Feds take your business like y’all take ppl hard earned money also any company that’s has five different businesses on one lot especially a wrecking yard is selling salvaged wrecked cars for ridiculous prices you won’t find a car with under 100,000 miles on this lot!!!
