I called them on March 26 and, in less than 30 minutes, they were at my place assessing what must be done to fix my water heater leak problem. These guys are amazing because they replaced my water heater the following day and everything they did was according to plan. While at my house, they found other plumbing issues and came back the following week to fix that also. I asked them about guarantee and they said they guarantee their work. They are a family owned business and the guarantee is important to them.
I selected them based on what I read in Unilocal.I called a few plumbers and, on the phone, Armen was very enthusiastic and helpful already and this is why I chose him. I think I found a plumber for life.

I was referred to Armen & Mike through my real estate agent. They arrived on time and were courteous and professional. I had one leaky toilet and both toilets were running for a very long time. They worked quickly and efficiently and were a pleasure to talk with regarding all my plumbing needs. About an hour after they left it appeared that one of the seals on the toilet was dripping water. I placed a call to Armen and he was back to my condo within a ½ hour and made sure the drip was gone before he left. You can’t go wrong with giving Unique Plumbing a call!

I was experiencing a nightmare with my home remodel and these guys literally saved me from the abyss…
To make a long tale of agony very short, I was left with a half-​done remodel job and no functioning kitchen or bathrooms… for a month! I had depleted my budget on an unreliable sub-​contractor who I payed too much up front. He strung me along and never came back to finish the job. I called Mike Diamond, and they wanted to charge me $ 79 just to look at my stuff and, contrary to what they say on their commercials, they don’t quote any estimates over the phone. Then I called another «big» plumbing company that quoted me a ridiculous price just to connect my fixtures and said because they hadn’t started the job, he was reluctant to even do it at all. Thanks a lot guy!
I was at the end of my rope when Mike and Armen from Unique Plumbing and Rooter showed up. Nice, polite and friendly faces who listened to me explain my situation. They understood that I had been living in my place for a month without running water or even a sink and truly sympathized with me. They agreed to do the work for a what I had to spend. None of that «sorry, but the price book says…» b.s. Since it was late in the day on a Saturday they said they wouldn’t leave until I had at least a functioning bathroom. They worked well into the evening and I had a bathroom! They came back Monday morning and finished the job, tweaking everything until I was totally satisfied.
Bottom line: nice, professional guys who take pride in their work and stand behind it.
