Jim has over 28 years experience in the martial arts and is excited to bring Gracie Jiu-​Jitsu to Southern Maryland under the supervision and coaching of Master Relson Gracie and authentic Muay Thai under Kru Sean Douglas.

Great organization! My daughter loves Muay Thai and the instructors are the best! They emphasize technique and have great working relationship with the students. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for serious (non-​commercial) martial arts classes with a friendly environment.

11 year old son has been going since last summer. He has been in the bully self defense. The instructors have been great, doing a good job of providing instruction while keeping it fun for the kids. He never complains about going. Which says everything to me.

My son has been training here for a few years and it’s been great. He’s more self assured. And I feel better knowing he has the confidence and the skills to defend himself against any bullying. I’ve taken adult self defense classes also. The moves are so full of common sense — using leverage to overpower an attacker — that they’re actually really easy to learn and remember. Highly recommended for anyone with a kid in danger of being bullied or an adult who could use some self defense training.
