Doctor Chapman is an absolute delight, so friendly and always remembers our previous conversations and we pick up right where we left off. He had no problem working with me on the price when I was going through a really rough patch. Thanks doc and keep up the great work!!!

Great chiropractor, great person. And he always treats his clients with kindness, gentleness and respect. You can’t go wrong here. Been seeing him for many years now and there is no one on this planet I would let correct and crack my neck and a lower lumbar but him.

The staff is great and they treat you nicely when you get there. They saw me the same day when I had some severe back pain and helped me out. My only reason that I didn’t go 5 stars was because you see the actual Dr for about 5 minutes or less. No real one on one talk time. But that’s just because he takes as many people as possible at the same time. I’ve gone back multiple times since then.

I threw my back out on Monday, lifted some boxes Tuesday and felt something in my back just contract. I could barely walk and had shooting pains down my legs.
I left work early, called the nearest chiro — who, fortunately for me, happened to be them — and spoke with Candy, who was super nice and professional and who got me in to see Dr. Chapman within 5 minutes of the call.
He was super nice and gave me an adjustment which gave me some much needed relief for my pinched nerve.
After a night of sleep and a cold compress, as recommended by Dr. Chapman, I feel soooo much better today. I can’t even believe it.
All in all, a perfect experience. Prices are decent, Candy at the front desk has superb customer service skills ad Dr. Chapman did his job oh so well. Thank you! I will be back.

First I just want to comment that I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because many times Unilocal filters out the 5 star reviews, strange but true.
I have 3 different chiropractors in the LA area that I have gone to but I wanted one closer to my house and also not too expensive. I was referred to Dr. Chapman by a friend.
Candy at the front desk is very helpful and makes it easy to schedule an appointment. She even watched my daughter while I was getting adjusted! Dr. Chapman is very friendly and easy to talk to. He is also fairly gentle. I say «fairly» because he uses the correct amount of force needed to adjust my neck and back. He also uses some other modalities to ensure he gets the best result possible. I have only seen him twice so far, but both times I left feeling much better.
They are also not «high pressure» and do not try to get you to come back every week or so or try to sell you supplements, etc.

Whenever I need to see Dr. Chapman, I can always call that day and get right in. Everyone there is super friendly and willing to do what they can to help me out. If you are looking for a super swanky, posh place this might not be for you, but the feel of the office is cozy and always clean. I like the neighborhood feel and the personal attention I get there.

These guys are awesome. Very flexible with appointment times. I will use them again in the future.

In 2004 I experienced immense pain during my 8^th month of pregnancy. At that time, my job did not allow me to sit at a computer, instead I stood all day long as I copied, assembled and distributed large reports. One day, out of nowhere, an excruciating and piercing pain shot down the back of my leg. It «crippled» me as I wasn’t able to walk… I could barely move. A coworker at the time was seeing a chiropractor for her injuries from a car accident, so she highly suggested I do the same. Reluctantly, I called Sunland Chiropractic Center to explain my situation as next thing I know… ba-bam…I am scheduled to see the doctor that evening at 6:30pm.
The first thing I said to the doctor was, «I don’t like the thought of you cracking-​my-​bones. Dr. Chapman chuckled and said, «I don’t crack, just adjust» which made me smile. It turned out that I had sciatic nerve damage. Dr. Chapman explained sciatic nerve damage is not caused by a single incident, but rather a series of events that accumulate, and then there’s the straw that broke the camels back. Standing all day at my job along with pregnancy of 8 months could have been that straw.
Not only did I receive the right care for my injuries, but I also learned (in layman’s terms) why my body was experiencing such pain. Dr. Chapman has now been a doctor in my directory for my entire family. You won’t find a more caring, considerate and friendly chiropractor around. He is so friendly with his patients (young & old) and a wonderful family man. His staff is courteous and puts you in a room almost immediately. My insurance has changed a couple times since 2004 and each time it’s been accepted by Sunland Chiropractic Center.

I must begin with saying that I was very skeptical about seeing a Chiropractor because I instantly thought «ow!» But thanks to the referral of a close friend, he finally convinced me to give Dr Chapman a try. I will be forever grateful to that friend for introducing me to not only Dr Chapman, but the science of Chiropractic therapy.
I’ve been going to Dr C for a little over a year now and I have yet to be disappointed… I’ve realized that Chiropractic care is a part of my life and as such I must give it the priority it deserves.
With that being said, I was offered an opportunity to visit a Chiro for free and I can tell you that it didn’t compare, at ALL! I felt like that particular person just wanted me to leave so he could bring in another patient. Not the warm and friendlies I’m used to.
Anyhow, the staff is great, Dr Chapman is great… the wait time (lack-​thereof) is great, they open and stay late on Tuesdays and Thursdays for those of us that work regular jobs… you can’t go wrong. Give his office a call.

Very nice people but his technique did not work for me at all. Ive actually had more trouble with my neck since having seen him.

I’ve been to about half a dozen chiropractors since I had a car accident and subsequently fell down a flight of stairs at 15 years of age.
Rod Chapman is the best chiro I’ve ever experienced. And here is why:
1) He doesn’t try to sell you supplements and nutritional products
2) He actually spends more than 2 minutes with his patients.
3) I’ve switched insurance providers at least 3 times over the years and he has accepted every single policy.
4) He doesn’t pretend he can fix shit he’s not capable of fixing
5) He has client appreciation day every year and does FREE adjustments.
For the record, I also hear he makes a mean slab of ribs. And his coleslaw recipe is off the chains !!! Seriously though, I would (and have many times) recommend him in a heartbeat.

Dr. Chapman is wonderful, so nice and always has a big smile on. The staff here (Wendy) is always kind and courteous. They accept many types of insurance and also have services for children. I take my two little ones once a year for a checkup. Dr. Chapman is definitely an asset to our community.

Doctor Chapman is a great doctor! He is well knowledged and I always feel like a million dollars after an adjustment. Very friendly and caring staff. The exam rooms are spacious. They accept insurance. Your not going to find a better chiropractor in the area! Check out their website:
